This was a very nice hotel—helpful staff, nice rooms, etc. Our only problem was the entrance closest to our room was not working when we got there and they didn’t know why—key would not open the door for entry. We solved it for them and they were very appreciative.

My husband and I stayed 6 days, 5 nights. The first morning breakfast was good, everything was fresh, plenty of coffee and milk/ half and half. The rest of the mornings we asked for coffee and they were out of milk/ half and half. They told us every morning that their food truck was going to arrive the next day and of course it didn't. The most frustrating thing was that the manager didn't take the initiative to go across the street and just buy some from Walmart. They were very disrespectful as well, especially when I would ask for some coffee and milk. The room was nice and clean and the maids were very nice but the front desk/ manager could use some customer service classes.

I booked a nonsmoking room. Was given room 114, it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. The front desk was nice but said they did not have another room to move me to for the night (it was a random Monday night, so I am not sure if they were sold out or just didn't have the authority to give out another room). I checked out 10mins after I arrived. Was not given a refund as I booked thru Hotels.com. I will say that the room and the bedding appeared clean, the room was just saturated in cigarette smoke and advertised as nonsmoking.

First room we checked into smelled like someone has been smoking in it for the last 20 years. Went back down to front desk to get a different room and had to wait 20 mins because the front desk person (Astyr) was on the phone with a complaint from a former guest. Finally, 20 mins standing there later, Astyr offered to spray our room with air freshener!! I had to sign a paper saying they would charge me $250 if my room was smoked in, which it had been. I have allergies and so do my kids, so this spraying air freshener was a ridiculous solution. I had to get louder to get a new room. The place was older, but sufficient. Breakfast was good.

Our room was on the first floor and handicap accessible, which we needed. Lots of room, the blinds were down and the air going strong when we walked in from the heat. Everyone was incredibly friendly staff wise. Would definitely stay there again.

Everyone—the people at the front desk and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very nice!

The room smelled. The he him her receptionist offered to spray the room. We said no. And asked for another. He her him receptionist gave us another. It was also a bit smelly. not as bad. He him her sprayed the room. TV was set to Spanish. I thought I was on another planet. Lobby and breakfast was fine. Clean. There was a sign that says cleanliness guaranteed. But nothing about odor.. he him her receptionist was courteous.

Appreciated thep early check in! Decent breakfast, comfortable bed, nice room. Very clean. Love the convenience of the body wash and shampooo mounted in the shower. Would definitely stay again!

Solid room for my one night business stay. Morning breakfast was good (loved the biscuits and sausage gravy) and front desk was very helpful when I needed something printed. I arrived very early and worked for 4 hours in their business center while my room was getting ready.

Black mold in the building and inside rooms. Hazardous environment. Front desk people are obviously developing lung sickness from the mold.

My husband is disabled. We get to the hotel and they tell us the elevator is not working. My husband can’t climb stairs and the couldn’t accommodate us with a ground floor room. Now you won’t give me my money back.
