We had an Ambassador suite on the 26th floor with Marina Bay Sands view.Cleaners kept tidying the room.
What i really liked is the Water filter in the room for drinking wayer.So convenient. Loved everything about Fairmont and its location is perfect.

Location was very convenient with train station, eateries and mall downstairs, but if you are the super sensitive type you may still feel the low buzzing traffic noise from outside in spite of the great soundproofing.
Service was fantastic, everyone was helpful. Love the room and the bed is super comfy .

Loved the hotel. Well situated for most things. Staff were lovely. Only issue we had was with the extra bed for my daughter, it was so uncomfortable. No mattress toppers but they did try an extra duvet .

My first stay at this hotel in Singapore.
I’ve spent time in over a dozen hotels in Singapore and this hotel compares favorably. Its location is extremely convenient. I’d give this hotel 5 stars ☀️ 10 out of 10.

Hotel itself is beautiful, great amenities, housekeeping was excellent and everything seemed very new. Can only fault the service with regard to in house dining. Despite having 12 restaurants, not one of them had room for in house guests, nor did they seem bothered to try to assist. The pool area wasn’t what we expected, the area was basic and had elderly aquatics classes taking place with music blasting from a speaker, perfect if this is your vibe but not what we had in mind for pool relaxing.

Lovely rooms, staff very accommodating and beautifully presented. Only concerns were buffet breakfast really busy with wait times for a table and coffee very weak, even when made by barista. Needed a double shot espresso to get any strength. Hadn’t experienced this in previous visits.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning.

Staff allowed us to get early check in after long flight. Room is clean and being tidy up in evening. Room service also available for 24 hours. Perfect staying for us. Would love to stay again in future.
Oh yeah, door man at Fairmont is very friendly and funny too.

when I arrived for check in at 2pm, they said, my room was not ready yet and I was asked to wait at the hospitality lounge. They promised they will call when room ready. At almost 3pm, I went down to receptionist to check the room, but they said I have no reservation, and later said that my room has not yet ready, and they tried to find other room for me. For this I could not understand. If they already have rooms ready, why not assign such ready room to me, instead of having me waiting for 1 hour to be told that my reservation was gone.
When check out, only one PIC was in charge in the counter and she was just rude.

Really like this hotel!
The location is excellent- linked directly to Raffles City shopping centre, which is just right at the exit of City Hall station.
Facilities are good, rooms are clean, service from staff is satisfying.
Nothing to criticise overall.
Will definitely stay again next time visiting SG!!!

We had an excellent stay. The property was conveniently located to great dining and shopping options, as well as transportation to the bus tours. Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view of the marina and surrounding city. The workout facilities was good while the pool was adequately prepared for the avid lap swimmer, as well as the family swim. All in all too short of a time for a very comfortable stay.

Although booking was done through Expedia it wasn’t showing on Fairmont’s system hence check in took really long to sort out however staff were so efficient and friendly and upgraded our room as well as gave us free breakfast. Will definitely recommend! We stayed to view NY fireworks it was worth it!

Absolutely 10/10. Location is gold. Easy access to the metro through the connection to the mall, which is essential given the hot, rainy climate. Great stay.

From the check in, which was very professionally conducted, the overall experience was excellent. The room, the club facility and all other amenities were faultless. The hotel location is also noteworthy as it didn't take too long to get to any of our business meetings.

We were there earlier this month. Staff were all helpful! check in was done in the room so no need to wait at front desk. Train station and food court and shopping were located downstairs. Great location!

Some staff members were friends but breakfast was chaos and even when I put make up room sign on at 10am it still hadn’t been done at 2pm when I returned to rest.

The entire Hotel structure is amazing, from Bedrooms to facilities, hotel is inside a complex with several restaurants, shopping mall and convention center.
Staff is always ready to serve.
Really liked one amenity: they offer guests a "comfort room" to have a shower of you arrive too early before check in, or if you check out and will fly late, you can use this room to freshen up before you go, considering the HEAT of the town, that is a great add on.
