The location is good, reception staff were friendly. Hotel parking was good at the cost of 150 SEK/night. Breakfast was just OK, the first day (Friday) breads were not fresh and very hard to eat, the 2nd day (Saturday) breakfast was way better. We stayed at room no 107 (family room) which is outside of the WiFi range. This is very much unacceptable. The inner curtains were missing in one of the windows. Had to cover the window by a quilt cover to make the room dark. The sofa bed was just a crap, but we managed to sleep by putting extra quilt on it. Informed all these issues to the reception desk and hopefully they will fix all these soon. If you just need place to sleep and not expecting anything fancy, then this can be your destination considering the price you are paying.

We liked this hotel for its location and offering free breakfast. Our room needed updating but it was clean. We had only some problems which the fire Alarm went off twice at night and we also could hear other people loud noise when we were asleep

Excellent place to stay. We were there for 12 nights. Only issue was the fire alarm would go off at random times in the early morning (fire truck showed up twice)..

I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone.

The carpets and furniture were old and worn. There were stains on the wood and fabric and bathroom was not very clean (hair). On top of that the heat in the room did not work so it was very cold. I brought this to the attention of the front desk who offered no solution or other room. Whe. I checked out this morning the lady told me it had been reported before. And they stuck me in a room withouth hear knowing it don’t work?

Not comfy bed, old rooms, strong smell from the ventilation system. The staff were nice. Breakfast very simple but compatible with the cost of the room. For one night emergency stay would be ok, otherwise not sure if I could recommend.

Good price for city near. Parking places extra fee and not so much long term city parking places in near. No good illumination of the rooms. But the rooms were clean and smelled good. Internet quality is good for travelers. For work over computer as programer integrator its a little bit slow. But ok its enough to look series on netflux...

The room furniture was broken, one bed was fixed with rope and tape, other mattress was having a big yellow stain. Water closet and room lights broken or not working, pieces of floorboards missing. Shower was not having sufficient ventilation staying humid and wet day around. Respect to the room rate and expectations the room was causing a disappointment and bad feeling for the family.

Sauna is not working!

A little too few room for two people in the standard double room, one time towels were forgotten to be handed out. Otherwise was nice and pretty comfortable. Breakfast great.

We arrived, late at night and were given a room with no lights, bedding for one person and there was a beaten up mini fridge, with 3 legs, it didn't work anyway - it turns out that none of the fridges worked. We were transferred to another room but had to take the bedding from the 1st. room with us. We have stayed here before and it was a pleasant stay then. Now the new owners seem to be running it down. There is plaster off the wall in the corridors, the carpets are getting threadbare, the sauna "doesn't work", one lift broke down the last time we were there and still isn't working, the waste pipes seem to constricted. one side of the double bed is against a wall which makes it difficult to get up during the night. The cleanliness is only superficial and the whole place needs a deep clean. We won't be back!

My stay at the Dialog Hotel Örgryte was, to put it lightly, not a good experience. After a long delayed train ride, I checked in around midnight on October 15 only to find my room was next to the elevator! All night long I was hearing the loud up and down noise it was making. Not good!! On the key card their motto says The key to a great night’s sleep. I managed to get maybe 4 hours sleep. Saturday morning I asked to change rooms but was not obliged. Saturday’s breakfast buffet was a nightmare. Firstly, the plates had silver fish bugs crawling on them, the food was not being replenished, (there was almost nothing to eat) and no coffee cups. One person was doing all the work in the breakfast room; cooking, bussing tables, doing dishes, and frantically racing around. Not very calming to witness.

Nice stay. Good location with public transport bus stop in front of hotel to the city centre, hotel was nice and clean. Staff was been very friendly, breakfast was excellent. But housekeeping forget last 2 days refill soap in bathtube (we must use soap in wash-basin) and they forget prepare for us breakfast package at checkout, altough I tell this request one day before. But everything else was been all right and I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a nice location and staff was really friendly but the room was too hot. For a while now summer in Sweden sees temperatures above 25 degrees and the hotels should be prepared for it. There was no air conditioning or fans in the room. Even their exhaust didn't seem seem to be working. No proper curtains on the windows. So as soon as the sun came out, the room would get bright and hot. At night we would open windows to let some air in but that meant we were at the mercy of traffic and any loud vehicle would wake us up. If you are staying here ask for a room not facing the road.

I was surprised of the comfort compared to the price. It was also good service. I liked it!
