We had our flight cancelled because of the storm we relocated from another resort and had an amazingly peaceful time on the gorgeous and tranquil beach. Rooms were freshly remodeled and very clean staff was great as well. Excellent experience!!

I recently stayed at the Grand Case Beach Club with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, accommodating all our requests with a smile. The room was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach just steps away and plenty of restaurants nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!

Wonderful beach experience. Great staff. Good value for the money. Spacious room. Management/security ensured a quiet contained experience. Property currently undergoing renovation so some services were limited. Was advised of this in advance at time of reservation. Still adequate access to onsite food, but not as much as in paat visits. Will be back full force by end of year. We will be back too!

Very clean and quite

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The room was not the one I booked. The ac did not work and when we finally got one room to cool down we had a flood in the room and had to listen to drip, drip, drip all night long because the other rooms were so extremely hot we couldn’t sleep or even sit in those rooms. Between the dripping and the heat I only slept a few hours a night! There was a spiral staircase in the unit that was so narrow we could not get our suitcases upstairs! The overall room was dark and dingy! The outside of the resort is in dire need of updating and the grounds are messy. Pathways are dirty and unkempt! The pool is tiny and we literally looked at it and walked away. There is no music anywhere at the hotel! Not in the pool area, not at the bar, and not on the beach! Music is discouraged bc they don’t want to disturb their guests!😂 There is no beach service! The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are the staff, restaurant and bar and we were told the restaurant and bar are a separate entity. The restaurant, bar and pool are being renovated now but they are the spaces that needed renovating the least. The rooms and all outside spaces should be completely redone! I would never go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone! Don’t believe the pictures they do not show the dinginess of this hotel! I could go on forever about how bad this hotel was but I hope people will see this and not ruin your vacation booking this hotel.

Beautifully kept , friendly and easy to walk to dinner each night -2 room villa was bigger than expected!

The property itself was fantastic both wonderful staff and breathtaking views. Restaurant on property however leaves a lot left to be desired- food was subpar and overpriced, restaurant staff was cranky and fairly rude. When we mentioned food was not good - instead of offering a different option we got a lecture on why that subpar food was acceptable. Nope. Town has dozens of much better alternatives for restaurants! Would absolutely come back to the hotel and not visit the restaurant!

Beautiful place. Very relaxing.

This is a great property. I like that it was small, but still had plenty of amenities. This includes two beaches and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel is located steps away grom from Grand Case Beach which is one of the best beaches that I have been to.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The resort was very nice and worth the price. The Sunset Cafe food was delicious and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a convenient desk to rent beach gear and to easily schedule excursions. The hotel was a short walk from downtown Grand Case which has excellent food and shopping. If you do not want to walk, the hotel also provides a cheap shuttle in the evening. Grand Case Beach Club is well worth it and we will likely be visiting again.

Beautiful hotel in a great beachfront location, walking distance from all the great restaurants of Grand-Case. Would recommend!

I really loved this hotel. It's safe, the staff are wonderful, and everything you need is right there! The beach, restaurant, and rooms are all so close together and lovely. The only downsides: 1. the rooms, which are adequate but not super clean, especially the bathroom. And 2. the location. It's quite hard to get to, but the taxi drivers are lovely. Overall, definitely will be returning.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and polite, the rooms are very clean. My loft was directly on the ocean front and was just beautiful to sit out in the early morning drinking my coffee. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel .

Property has unique location, fantastic beaches, excellent maintenance and service

The large room was lovely the full kitchen had everything you might need. I left things in the room after checkout and they mailed them to the States. The two beaches and pool were lovely and the staff was super helpful They provided a shuttle to town and to the capital city.

Great beach

We absolutely loved staying at GCBC! The whole property is so beautiful. They have everything you need right there, you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we never once felt unsafe. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Great views from room. It was perfect, will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Great location and beach

Rooms doors are heavy! Bathroom door stops in floor, toe killers. Resort is updated, friendly staff, easily walkable to many restaurants, small beach but lovely

Our third visit to GCBC. Our room had been recently updated and we were very pleased. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed using the shuttle for a run to the grocery store and a drop off at the restaurants in GC.

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable property. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We were only here for 3 days, but it was an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The Sunset Cafe has excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a fantastic view of the ocean.
