This is a mixed review, hotel itself is probably a 2-3 star stay. The beach and hotel itself are very clean they work all day to keep it that way. The beach and view are absolutely amazing! This is not a true AI hotel...for us we weren't really coming to have everything included so wasnt a huge deal, everywhere you turn, you most likely are going to have to spend more money for what you want. Swim up suites are not really private, you are sharing a pool with every room around you. WAY to many little kids! Swimming by your room with no regard. I understand in the main pool but not your swim up suite facing the beach. Adult only main also, full of kids. Buffet: The main buffet was just food to get in our stomachs, nothing amazing, and most of it has been under the heat too long and old. Side Note: The restraunt on the beach also has a buffet during these times, and I don't think many know about it because when we went, it was empty. The A LA Carte they do the lines are crazy long. We ate away most days. Snack Shack, Pizza can only be ordered inside at the location. You can not take it out of the restraunt. If you want room service..There is a FEE. There is a Starbucks here, not included. Bars don't open until 11 AM, and they are not conveniently located through the property, only if you are in the main pools. so you can not get a drink before unless it's a beer from your fridge. The pizza place doesn't open until 12 pm. My full review from hoogle won't fit.

I had a really good time just the room wasn’t the best but was hardly in my room so it didn’t matter

The only thing good about this hotel was the beach. The staff was very rude, confrontational, had no customer service skills, the security guards were very rude and aggressive towards guest to the point of intimidation lashing out to guests experienced first hand. The rooms were dirty found trash underneath the beds bathroom had stains where there was no mopping done before we arrived at room when it was time to go to bed at room the sheets sinked the smell of mole and closed in there were only two towels had to request another towel there was three in our party the air conditioner doesn’t really work and was hot and humid at night very hot couldn’t get to sleep wanted to leave that night night but didn’t have extra funds for another hotel or buy other tickets to fly back before our departure date which was Monday morning. The food was horrible nothing really for protein basically salad stuff and white rice and potatoes and the waits were long because the dining area was small they had like twenty tables and the area for snacks hots, hamburger and nachos watery cheese and hardly any jalapeños in the morning the lady at the omelette grill was so ugly because I asked for extras pepper’s on my omelette and the man in front of me asked for scrambled eggs and the she cooked eggs sunny side up and when the man said he wanted scrambled eggs she took her hand and took to eggs with her hand no glove and put her hand in the eggs!! Stay away it really bad!!

I had a horrible experience staying here:the staff were very rude and not helpful. Most importantly the food was so bad I got sick. Very bad experience!!

Arrived Aug 3rd & left the 7th. So let me start off by saying it took me half hour to check in even though there was only 1 person in front of me & there were 3 ppl at the front desk but only 1 person checking in. I had an ocean view which was very nice the bathroom was basic and the handsoap & shampoo was never refilled. The food was very basic buffet style & when things ran out it was never replenished. They only give 2 bottles of water the entire stay not sure why it’s considered all inclusive. One of the outlets had a short it would spark up once plugged in so I only had 2 working outlets. One night the toilet was clogged I reached out to the front desk & it took 1 hr for someone to come with a plunger & that was only after going to the front desk twice to complain. The sheets smelled like mildew & there’s limited space at the snack bar about 5 tables. There was 1 person talking orders & it would take them about a 1/2 hr to take your order & another 1/2 hr to get your food. The only thing nice about this resort was the beach & location. Don’t waste your money. I don’t recommend going here.

It was our first trip to Mexico and we had a lovely stay at the Flamingo. It was pretty, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you!

When I arrived the check-in was not polite at all. Then when i went to the room i asked for two beds and there was only one, i had to call room service to bring the bed into the room. The shampoos were never re-filled we had to call and call for the shampoo. There was not a variety of food. Then the service was terrible it said free wifi. I didn’t have any in my room or anything, only in the lobby and beach. The room had water leaking there were hairs everywhere and it was hot. I only found 3 lights in my room. A tiny one next to the bed and two in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Flamingo Resort for a week while on a workcation, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they spoke both English and Spanish, which made communication smooth. The resort offers two restaurants and a buffet, all of which provided a variety of delicious meals. Whether you’re in the mood for something casual or a bit more formal, there’s something to satisfy every craving. However, the WiFi was a disappointment. It was not as advertised; the connection was spotty at best, which was frustrating since reliable internet was important for my work. Additionally, the cell service in the rooms was poor, adding to the connectivity challenges. Despite these issues, my stay was generally enjoyable, and I would recommend Flamingo Resort to anyone looking for a nice getaway, especially if internet connectivity isn't a top priority.

Worst hotel I stay in my life,the food horrible,only 2 restaurants,with really bad taste HORRIBLE

The service was great everyone was very nice and friendly. The food was not very good and the options were limited. Also the buffet is too small for the amount of people the hotel is hosting. More maintance is needed we where move rooms twice for water spills. Overall it was a great experience I just expected more entretaining option and activities

We just stayed there for 7 nights this July, 2024. The property in general and beach area are well kept. The buffet menu for lunch and dinner could have more variety and options but the taste of the food is good. The snack bar was just ok and although the menu said open for tacos.. that was not true. One day we ordered hot dogs and hamburgers and they were very basic with not even a hand full of french fries to acompany. Staff was pleasant especially Valeria that worked in the Starbucks shop. This hotel is family oriented and we felt very safe. One complaint was that we had an ocean view deluxe room and every morning we would be woken up by hammering and drill sounds by like 7am from construction work that was being done to a room a floor under us. Especially because I we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and the whole purpose is to get away to a quiet place. That was definetly a problem.

Great Experience with Falmingo All Inclusive Resort! I have seen mixed comments on google and expedia for the reviews. In my experience, I would the money worth stay, food , beach and services. The main highlight: Great beach view! Better than lot of other resorts in Cancun The staffs are really nice and helpful ( there are some who doesn’t know English but still they will figure some way to help you) Special shout out to Bar attendants Jorge and Carlos. Great people! Food was great too. Some people think its bland, but i would rather tell is it generalized, not too spicy not too bland kind of food and yes some of the foods and dessert repeats. The pools and hot tubs are really well maintained. The Lomas travels inside the hotel is helpful too, they can help you to find good tours. Rooms were great too. I got ocean view room and i loved it. I would tell the bathrooms could have been a little bit more nicer but I wouldn’t complain on those small issues. Bottled water - you will only get 2! But you can get water from the restaurant or bar anytime. The beaches, cabanas, beach chairs everything was really great and deserves 5 stars. The programs and dances conducted was great too. There is no hotel provided shuttle service, but can get a hotel distributed taxi service. The place is not like a 5star fancy resort, but you will get everything worth for the money you paid for. I would totally recommend this place for economic but great experience stay.

Despite of some reviews I must say my stay was everything I was there 7/17/2024 to 7/22/24 they was very accommodating & we love our Junior suite room with the swim up pool 💙💙

We had the most amazing time at Flamingo Cancun. We went to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary and it more than exceeded our expectations. This was our 4th trip to Cancun and by far our favorite resort! The manager and front desk staff was extremely accommodating with our room reservations. We were originally scheduled during the hurricane and they were able to shift our reservation with no issues. We were extremely grateful. We stayed in the Jr swim up suite and WOW what a room and experience! We had an amazing butler (Louis) who was absolutely fantastic. He decorated our room with balloons and had us a cake made! It was truly so special. We had the opportunity to rent a beach cabana each day for $40 American dollars and we had beach service from 12-5 everyday. Orlando was an amazing each day and he even brought us new drinks to try! We even got a bottle of champagne each day! I couldn't brag more about the staff! I always judge a hotel by the beach and this beach did not disappoint! It was so beautiful and clear and the raked it every morning! It does have limited dining options, but we always found something amazing to eat! They have a great wood fired pizza and calzone spot by one of the pools and amazing hamburgers and nachos! They have one restaurant that we had awesome steaks at each night! We can't rave enough about out stay! Thank you so much to all the staff!!
