The customer service was amazing. Jay was super helpful letting us check in early after getting off of our cruise ship. The room fit our family great. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The downfalls were: there were a lot of little ants around the pool area that would crawl on you if you stood in one place for longer than a few seconds; the lighting in the room is a bit harsh and doesn’t offer lower lighting options (for around bedtime); the second floor was being renovated so we were not able to use the laundry because it was located there; and the traffic noise from the freeway was very loud when trying to sleep.

The property was clean and the desk staff was friendly, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress had no support. It immediately flattened when you sat or laid on it. It basically felt like fabric wrapped springs.

We were there for an overnight stay. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Norris was very helpful in finding us a place to watch Thursday night football, and have dinner. The staff was very friendly.

We were staying our last night in Florida before catching an early morning flight. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle was great. It got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The young lady who checked us in provided superior customer service. She was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the shuttle driver was the complete opposite. If I hadn't said something to him I am not sure he would have said a word to us. It was early morning but in my book that is not an excuse.

The hotel is clean on the outside and appears to be recently updated on the outside. The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom shower had mold around the drain and the bath faucet was falling off. Room service only comes every 3 days and for a family of 3 the trash piles up quickly and during a ball tournament you take baths each day and don’t reuse the towels. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast but found the coffee creamer to be spoiled and the coffee could have been better. Hotel is located in a very good area that is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Just convenient to the airport. Hotel rooms were very old and smelt musty. This hotel room was so noisy as it was next to the highway which had traffic all night. Did not get any sleep. People need to be made aware of this. Definitely needs updating and renovating. The only good thing I could say is that it had a great free breakfast, but this did not compensate for the overall stay which was awful.

The hotel is fantastic. From check in to check out. Service from the employees was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and the buffet in the morning is not a full buffet style but it was very good.
The only thing that was disappointing was the pool. Needs to be cleaned and taken care of.
Great stay for 1 night to catch our flight back home to Toronto.

The entrance and common areas were very clean but out room was a different story. There was mold in the caulking and on the floor. The pull out bed is ridiculously uncomfortable with a thin mattress and when we pulled it out there were sheets that looked as if they had been used on the mattress.

Every was excellent. We stayed for 3 days and everything was great. We stayed on the 4th floor which was great. It even smelled good and the temperature was pleasant. However we did do some laundry on the second floor and it was very cold there. Overall great
