Perfect for airport hotel. Just needed a clean comfy place to sleep for the night and it was that. Breakfast was lovely and they cater for coeliacs. The room was small but had everything! Real clever use of space.

Love the breakfast! Lots of variety. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. Only few minutes walk from airport, buses and train station goes to St Pancras.

Overnight business trip at Luton airport. Stayed before at this hotel. It’s what you expect for airport hotel, no frills but actually always delivers on comfort, price and a reasonable breakfast which was included in price. Would stay at again without question.

The small hill is not convenient for big luggage.

The room was clean and functional, but the toilet didn't flush particularly well. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is ok, the menu is a bit limited, but not too bad. The restaurant bathroom was not clean!

Hotel was fine as a base the night before early flight. Continental breakfast included but lacking options due to not being restocked regularly

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room was not the cleanest however, carpets were dirty and dusty, hot water kettle was moldy. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and had sausage, bacon, hash browns, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, hot beverages, juice, fruit, toast and even gluten free options.

I arrived at about 1 am after a long flight and was kept waiting at reception for several (maybe 5) minutes while the 2 receptionist continued to do their admin work and chatting. . The check-in process was very unfriendly... Not impressed at all

Excellent location, literally on Luton airport runway! 10-12min walk away from airport. Breakfast was included and the selection was very good. Also had takeaway option for travellers which was an excellent thoughtful gesture. Will definitely stay again if flying out of Luton.

We only had a short stay after a late evening flight arrival and then an early flight home in the morning. The hotel was a short walk from the airport. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t give ourselves much time to eat breakfast at 6am but they provided paper bags so you could take some items to eat on the go. Would definitely stay here again.

At checking around midnight 10-15 people waiting only one member of staff actually checking in. Another member of staff round and about but at the beginning did nothing to help. They must have know how many room not yet checked in but seemed unable to manage the situation. Half those queueing were actually booked at another location! Checking took 20 minutes. The other issue was bedroom smelt of smoke not acceptable in this day and age.

Even though I arrived after midnight the receptionist was very welcoming with not just me but also many other people who were arriving off the late flights. It was a horrible wet night so it was nice to get a warm welcome. She enquired about my departure time too to make sure I could avail of breakfast

Easy to walk to from Luton Airport. Handy for the bus from Luton Parkway. Love that breakfast starts at 04.00 so you can grab something before an early flight.

Fantastic option if you’ve got a really early flight out of Luton airport. They serve a continental breakfast from 4 am (hot food later), and the airport terminal is a very easy 10 minute walk. Easy to find your way, well lit and busy.

Aiport hotels can be a bit unloved but I highly recommend this one. Minutes from the airport it has super clean and comfortable rooms, with a decent shower and good towels. The staff is efficient and friendly. Have used it several times and haven't been disappointed yet.

Basic, clean, modern room easy 10min walk to airport. Food & beverages very very limited. So much so we got a Waitrose deliveroo of salad, sandwich, crisp & decent bottle of Rosé.

The young lady who checked us in allowed us to check in early! We were exhausted and she volunteered to check us in early. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating.
