Great location and modern hotel. The staff is great except for the night time gentleman who is very rude and is the only reason I dropped the staff score.

When we arrived we found garbage in the closet... We wanted to use the air conditioning for the night but it didn't work, we asked for help at the reception but they told us that they wouldn't be able to help us solve the problem. They brought us a portable fan, better than nothing, but it's not the same thing. Location very close to the center very convenient as well as the paid parking. Reception and cleaning staff kind and friendly. King size bed much appreciated. Rating above average but improvable.

The place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. The only negative aspect was the lack of coffee in the room. Coffee and croissants were available from 1:00 PM onwards, but that was not convenient for me as I need my morning coffee to wake up.

Really close to the train station (gare) and just a short walk to the river and the lake! Super nice and extremely friendly staff!!!

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff, rooms were very quiet which was perfect for us even though in very close distance to all amenities

We loved the Allobroges Park Hotel. Super convenient to everything in the old town and all of the dining options. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great as well!

I was here unexpectedly. The hotel is very clean, in a great location and well run. I was given an upgrade which gave me tons of space a ground level room that made coming and going easy. Breakfast was very nice. I would highly recommend it. Quiet but still just a few short blocks from the old town.

The hotel lot was full but staff directed us to nearby parking and provided a discount voucher.

Too many tourists sitting around eating and drinking. It spoilt Annecy. Hotel though was very good

Beautiful old building totally renovated throughout. Lovely decor. In a great location as close to the station as well as the old town and lake. Spacious comfortable rooms. Parking was available for a fee. Would have liked a safety deposit box in the room though.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci

Staff so nice and professional. If you need parking is also excellent.

Even the smallest rooms are charming and well appointed. The petit dejeuner is fabulous, there’s nothing petit about it! We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel at a great location with fantastic staff

Lovely staff! Patient while I was lost and found them, a taxi driver gave me the wrong directions. They were kind and place was clean and easy to use.

This was a lovely hotel. It was so close to everything and very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel in downtown Annecy. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel had recently been renovated and everything was in great shape. The windows did a very good job of keeping out any street noise.

Well managed hotel in the center and very near to the train station. Tasteful, modern style furnishings. Small spaces made comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was wonderful, a block from the train station and in the center of Annecy where we could walk to everything. The room was large and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location next to the train and bus stations with easy access to the pedestrian roads for shopping or to old city. Hotel is in a modernized historic building, is clean and has a welcoming staff.

Nice hotel in downtown. Very close to shops, restaurants, city center. Rooms are small but beds are comfy and clean.

We loved our brief stay in Annecy, the hotel was in a great location, we reserved parking before arriving so that was seamless. It's a lovely hotel, nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
