Good location and kind hotel staff.

The bed was super hard.

Room was budget, as was stated before. So, no negative surprise. I took the hotel because of location and reasonable price. The only complaint goes to wi fi. So, in order to use wi fi, the guest receives vaucer with code valid for only 48 hours. Then you should extend it. But, what is stupid is that every time when I come to the room I have to type code again. Completely stupid system of wi fi

The previous times I stayed there, I was staying in standard rooms and they were really good. This time I chose a penthouse room that seemed to be a little bit old and in need of renovation to meet the standards of the other rooms.

The only good thing is the location all the rest be aware not to order that hotel 1.service stuff below minimum level 2. Upgrade room with balcony but over the main road 24 hours notice and car like inside the room. 3. Breakfast under any level This hotel should be grade as 1 star max not 3 stars. Be careful to place an order to that hotel

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The toiket stopped working twice however was fixed promptly with no fuss. The receptionist had a grewt attitude, provised us with a double quilt when i asked and was helpful all around. Location was perfect, loads of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk, promenade only 10 min away and seemed a very safe area. Overll, good calue for money.

Was ok place for some days in the city Close to everything

Very nice staff, good location and room. Nice and cool in the summer. Shame I got to go to balcony. Because I am a smoker. Breakfast was also fine, covid19 was not a buffet but you were served. Only downside was that a family with many busy children slept on the same floor. Noisy every morning. For the rest great hotel and very clean

Astoria is centrally located, walking distance to the tourist sites we wanted to visit. The family room was perfect for a stay with kids, it gave us privacy with proximity to our kids. Front desk staff, especially Stephanos, was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Feel there should be an additional bedside lamp as room a bit dark.Centrally placed -across the road from Jimiski street (shops) and Ladadikia.There is a small independent car park immediately behind the hotal at €15 a night

Overall it is a nice hotel. We did have problem with the mattresses that were stone hard and with the pillows, so in the next morning they came and put topper and replaced pillows. They even replaced a room since the shower water were leaking all around. So the service was good but the comfort could be improved. In addition they have option for kosher food which is a great advantage.

Great location, room clean, balcony was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Hotel was quiet. Reception really helpful. Definitely recommend.

It was very clean and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not good. Next time I wouldn’t add breakfast to my reservation. Cleanliness and sanitation is very important to me and I was satisfied and comfortable at Astoria. Food quality, specially breakfast was not good. Location is great. Soundproof doors and windows kept the room quite and I could sleep very well. Overal, I am happy.

The reception with the long hair and glasses was extremely helpful and kind. He assist us where to park our car and he find us adaptor which we desperately need it. The breakfast staff were also very nice. The other 2 receptionist were far from helpful and also a bit arrogant. The hotel was ok for the standards.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Location is great. Disliked the shower, way to small. Loud music from bar next door till 3:30 am

Kosher restaurant is the sdbantage of this jotel.Small rooms, tiny shower, limited amenities for shower, staff was not able to find a mobile bed for a child in the room, although there wad enough space.

hi first of all my check in was so so the clerck was not that hepfull wen i asked question the same clerk the next day they have at the reseption welcome drink but there were no cups i requested to have a cup he allmost didnt anser i asked again and he reply that he also asked forpaper cup for more then hour ???the evening clerk was mutch nicer and very helpfulon my check out date sunday 10/02/19 i at 07.00 am went the restaurant for breakfast the dining room was close a lady i asked from the dining room tald me that on sunday the breakfast is at 08,00 i was surprised i askedf at he reception was tald the same anwser i mention to the receptionist tha at the check in i was given a card that says breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10.00 every day no mentioning of sunday the recetionist cald the restaurant then tald me that he can open the restaurant only after 07.30 i sorry but i had to leave to air port i left the hotel with a bitter taste unhapy will not come back to this hotel thanks

Nice Hotel, close to city center. A good choice for upcoming visits.
