Best place in lloret del mar with magnificent view!!!

The suite overlooking the Mediterranean was fantastic, the breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was friendly. If I could improve one thing it would be the front desk's ability to help one customer at a time. The gal at the front desk working the late shift kept going back and forth between myself and an undecisive group of people that kept asking questions while I waited for my room key. I know it's Europe, and patience is a virtue, but a 20-minute check-in near midnight when all you want to do is sleep does test your patience. I didn't complain since the receptionist really was doing her best, was absolutely professional and warm, but just didn't prioritize customers properly. I hesitate in even bringing it up. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

The front desk staff was not helpful when we arrived, but the next morning the man at the front desk was very eager to help and was friendly.

Nice looking hotel with great facilities like pool, bar etc… Decent food and entertainment. The only negative side was the shower water temperature adjustment which took a while besides a very hard mattress…

The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

AC in the room we were assigned to was not working. The front desk attendant tried 5 rooms before he found a room with a working AC. There was only 1 employee in the entire hotel that night. The carpet outside our room was dirty and smelled of mould. The sea facing room from the first floor was very average. Staff members (few of them) were very good.. Breakfast spread was good

Great hotel with beautiful pool and the view.

Nice location but parking costs 15 euro. However , even so, next day my car was covered in 3mm thick dust from the hotel construction work, I just asked if this is normal and the guy at the reception said kind of yes… I should check with the lady next day which I didn’t want anymore. The toilet button didn’t work properly… but actually the hotel is beautiful and stylish ,staff was nice and breakfast buffet very good.

What a wonderful stay at a hotel steeped in history. From our check in, to leaving we had an amazing stay. The lady on reception (Marcelle) was absolutely wonderful. She spoke a multitude of languages, and can converse fluently. She was so helpful and informative. A real asset to the hotel! We stayed on a Dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All meals were typical Spanish buffet style, and more than adequate. The waiters and staff in the restaurant and bar were also very nice. The rooms are slightly outdated, but spotlessly clean. The beds are amazing, best nights sleep I have had in ages! We were lucky enough to have a Sea View room, which is remarkable to wake up to. There was traditional Spanish entertainment on one evening...Dancing and Singing..which we thoroughly enjoyed. The walk to Lloret itself is quite a trek, but great for building up an appetite for the evening meal. We will definitely return next year to this lovely Hotel. We stayed out of season so didn't use the Swimming facilities, but they are absolutely amazing looking over the bay! 5 stars from us!

Very noisy from other rooms. Even normal talking was heard. I also wonder why the hotel allow music to be played from any room after midnight and until morning...Slow service at reception with lots of waiting even with no other in line ? Otherwice Good food and ok rooms.

Excellent hotel for the price; it is a little dated but the keep it clean and appealing. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Lovely hotel however off the beaten track slightly,long trail of dangerous steps up to hotel from beach, steep, a shuttle bus should be available given the uphill access to hotel. Very noisy at night time if your bedroom is located below restaurant,will be woken with banging tables and chairs at all hours of am. Breakfast usually only look warm,buffet style. Rooms nice but could be upgraded slightly,however beds very comfi. on arrival to hotel,we were told we had no reservation,receptionist could not find paperwork,only we had out print out,we would have been sent packing,some of the staff are quite rude.

Excellent place to stay. Hotel is located right on the hill top so you get lovely views of sea and Lloret de mar from the hotel. Sea-view room is definately worth the money. Bfast was good. Steps from hotel leads to sea-front, but there are quite a few steps, so its not ideal if walking up-down the stairs is as issue. But overall this is an excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Hotel is definitely not 4-star, even not good 3-star. Need to say that location and building are very nice and in earlier times this hotel was perfect for vacation at Costa Brava. Now it need full renovation. Old air-conditioners, not at all rooms, hall with old carpeting with strange smell, bathrooms need renovation. 3-star hotel breakfast, with tea and coffee from vending machine.

When you enter the hotel, seems good but when you reach your room, youd like to flee... Rooms are very small, doesnt have minibar, doesntt have AC, no room service available, you have to walk to the reception to get a small bottle of water for 2E. The furniture is very old, the window and balcony is rusty and the mould of the carpet smell very bad.
