Great hotel in a good location. I stayed in room 12 on the first floor. Internally facing, room 10, 11, 12 are one level up from the lobby near an open air seating area. You can hear everything from the lobby (guests coming and going and the concierge giving tips). It’s not quiet, but I didn’t mind. The plunge pools on the roof are wonderful. There are 6 chaise lounges near the more private pool. I spent a lot of time there. The drinks from the rooftop bar are wildly overpriced, but if you feel like indulging the option is there. Overall, the location was wonderful and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. There are tons of great restaurants 10-20 mins walking from the hotel. I would stay here again.

Our check in with Enrico was quick and he was very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants in the area and offering assistance anytime we needed. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooftop pool was a welcome break from the heat with a fantastic view. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect location and truly lovely stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable and plenty big. The staff was kind and helpful. We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit and would stay here again.

So the hotel is very typical of European hotels. Rooms are small. Air conditioning didn’t work too well. I’d put it at just okay. However the staff was some of the best staff I’ve ever experienced. The roof deck was great and the location was great as well. For the price it’s very worth it

This was a beautiful hotel very well located. The roof pools were quite nice (all roof pools in Barcelona are quite small). The staff were exceptional! All in all, an amazing experience.

Located directly across from the marina, port, and promenade beach area, the location in unbeatable. There are many options for food and recreation right nearby, the terrace on the top floor is nice with good (but not cheap) drinks and tapas. The rooms and staff were all extremely well kept and helpful. I would stay here again easily.

This was a great hotel! It is in a great location. Easy to walk to the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta. Easy walk to public transport to quickly get all around the city. People, sunshine, history, vino, and food all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We arrived early morning from our cruise ship & staff went out of their way to get our room ready for an early check in. Staff was very kind & helpful

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely reception team with a drink and made us feel very welcome. Hotel was amazing, food was delicious, cocktails were fabulous, room was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I chose this hotel as it was close to work but I actually left half way through as our experience was abysmal. When you walk in the front desk staff was incredibly lovely and got us sorted. However they put us in a hotel with broken AC (it was actually blowing heat in the room at 25 degrees) and very inconsistent Wifi. This made it difficult for me to work after hours and for my partner and I to have a good nights rest. We had been travelling for 8 hours so we were a bit exhausted but relatively easy going in the beginning. However when we asked them to fix the AC they made me wait 3 hours until it was around 11:30PM until I had to ask them to switch our rooms. I followed the guest manager to one of the rooms and he had the wrong key so I had to wait longer affecting my productivity the next day at work. The other room was small but bit more cool but found that it had amenities that were missing from ours (e.g. robes). They than transported our belongings to a new room which was much better. I wouldn’t make much of a fuss but we paid $400 CAD/night, had to switch rooms twice in two days, and anytime we called concierge, there were significant delays in getting service. My colleagues saved money staying at nicer hotels with better service, so that’s why we left in the middle of our stay. I’d ask for a refund but they were so slow even responding to me I don’t even want to bother.

The hotel was nice but it smelled of smoke. Too much. One night, we had people running the hallways and being very loud. Not hotels fault but still too loud.

The hotel is nice, but I was disturbed multiple nights by the noise outside. This needs addressing as I was left tired. The roof terrace is nice but the prices are high for a four star hotel. It’s an okay hotel in a good location but I wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed for ten days and this property was absolutely excellent in all categories. Location is perfect and staff was super friendly and willing to help in every situation. To the rear of the hotel is the Gothic Quarter and outside the front door is the marina and short walk to the beach. I won't consider any other hotel option for our next trip to Barcelona - five stars in all respects! Oh, and breakfast buffet was incredible so definitely include that when planning your stay.
