Easy from the station, 10 min walk. Same back into the town. Very good surroundings lots of things to do. Staff helpful and a really great barman in the main bar of an evening

Great location. Friendly staff on reception. Good size rooms with a decent view at the rear of the hotel. Cleaning of the room was a little amiss at times. Have stayed twice before and would stay again.

Really uncomfortable to sleep in the room, the temperature in the lobby area was way more better than the temperature in the room. I went to the front desk to report it and their answer was not the expected stating that the air conditioner does not cool as a normal A/C unit.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was cosy and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying here again.

Despite Novotel being a renowned hotel. Customer service was non existent. Despite knowing AC doesn’t work in a room, we were still given this room on the hottest day of summer. They offered no solution or help and said it was out of their hands. Basic amenities you would expect in an European country not even being met. Paid full price for everything, and yes was given less than half of the service that’s expected.

I keep on staying here and it’s a best average but very convenient. The front desk staff at check out are less than helpful telling me that at checkin they didn’t take the correct deposit amount. I’m checking out and trying to pay the full amount, yes but you didn't pay the correct deposit. This was your staff at check in correct?, yes but you didn’t pay the tight amount. Useless.

Really needs an overall service/staff and breakfast wise. The teams are not motivated and hard to find, the breakfast for the price is simply ridiculous. The hot food is stone cold, the bacon looks boiled and the scrambled eggs have been cooked until any moisture has been removed.
The rooms are decent, good shower and the beds are comfortable.
Price value isn’t right and never has been at the Novotel in Leuven, they make a lot money from InBev head office and don’t see the need to changer, sad.

Ignore the free parking offered by the hotel. There are only maybe 6 spaces on a road layby in front of the hotel. You will need to use the underground parking which is 24 euros /day. And this will charge everytime you take your car in and out

The room was a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. When we arrived at 2 pm for check-in, they told us it would be another hour -- the hotel was fully booked, and housekeeping had gotten behind. But they were able to let us in at 2:30 pm, so it really wasn't too bad -- they were very apologetic. It's a short walk to the train station and bus station, and Oude Markt and Grote Markt are about a 20-minute walk. (You can also take one of the city buses for 2 euro -- but I'm not sure how late or frequently they run. There's a restaurant and bar at the hotel, and it is essentially next door to the Stella Artois brewery, if you're interested in doing a tour there. Overall, my husband, son, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station in Leuven (if being to the train station is important for your trip), but despite it's "Centrum" name is a good 20' minute walk away from the center of Leuven.
The staff of the hotel is pleasant and service was excellent.
The hotel seems to be in a rather industrial area with views of the Stella Artois Brewery and of another industrial side on the other side.
For the price and the Novotel name, I honestly expected a bit more from the rooms in this Novotel Centrum hotel.

There is free roadside parking if you get there early, otherwise there is a underground car park with limited capacity at 20 euros per day. Staff were helpful, wifi very good, breakfast and dinner also very good. I was there during an August heatwave and I can confirm that the aircon is first rate - thank you! Also a very good shower. Easy walk to the city centre and it is a city well worth visiting. No reason to doubt the cleanliness, but there was a strange smell of drains each morning.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that there is very limited parking in the car park and on the street. We had to go park 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. Late at night it was inconvenient.
