very clean. Little too high tech for senior like me who is not so IT savvy. Reception should explain befor guest go up to room

Excellent location and large room. The only negative is the lack of a coffee machine. However the coffee pouches were good, but why offer very sweet Coffeemate instead of milk when there is also sugar packets. A lot of people do not use sugar in their coffee. The pillow cases are too small for the size of the pillows making them very thick and hard.

As I stay in room after check-in, a servant open the door directly without my permission to ask any suppliers I need. How could the five stars hotel can allow the situation happen?

Great city cetre hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Excellent service from all the staff, they couldnt help enough. Great breakfast...vood choice and quality...first chewse in 2 weeks!! Overall a great find and super value for money

The hotel was very close to the Metrolink. It was very clean and very modern. We really enjoyed staying there and we would come back. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel located near MTR and shopping centres.
Staff at hotels are helpful. Cleaners very polite and always smiling.
If you want to save money to get to and from airport. You can catch a MRT at City Hall station. Super cheap fares.

There's a renovation with noise disturbance during my stay on 24 Oct from 1pm until 5pm. No advance notice was mentioned by hotel.
In room desk phone had a problem keep ringing during the night, i had to call engineer from hotel to remove the phone.

The hotel is familiar during the years especially for business. It was great to have a short stay now for leisure, too. Hotel quality is top and remained all the time. Rooms are high standard and all services are great. Also, the location of the hotel is very centric.

Great location
Only recommendation I would have would be to improve the breakfast I was disappointed with it. I would expect a bit more for a 5* hotel and also missed halal option it was also a bit difficult to order basic boiled eggs

A truely excellent and memorable hi-end hotel experience. We stayed the weekend of the F1 and found this hotel was in a perfect position to access local restaurants/bars and shopping for all. The pool and facilities are like a mini inner city resort.
The walk to Marina Bay was only 20minutes but didn’t seem like it as there is soo much to enjoy along the way. We will definitely stay again.

Great location just opposite the MRT station and several shopping malls in the heart of Singapore. The rooms were fairly well maintained. However, there was a foul smell coming from my toilet throughout my stay. I asked them to clean it with bleach throughout but it did not go away. Eventually gave up. There was also a dead cockroach in there at the beginning. TV channels were limited. The swimming pool area was lovely although the gym could be bigger. Good value for money, although I wouldnt consider it a 5-star property.

For the price you paid you did not get breakfast and crammed into a little room with the two extra beds. It was fine since we just stayed the night but any longer and it would have been frustrating trying to move around.

Perfect location! Close to shops, supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to Raffle’s for the famous Singapore Sling!
Staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are lovely. China town is an easy 15 minute walk for many dining options. Approx 30 minutes walk to Marina Bay and the gardens, which is a must do when visiting Singapore. CBD is a 20 minute stroll, this location is perfect if you want to explore and experience Singapore nightlife and attractions.

The only positive about this place was the location and the free daily water bottles. It was walkable to Chinatown, malls, and had easy access to the buses and MRT. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a lot of mold in the shower when we opted to use the shades. The smell was horrendous and it was apparent it hasn’t been washed in a while. The hotel boasts an expensive vibe, but nothing about the stay felt expensive. Pillows were cheap and felt like children’s throw pillows, they were super uncomfortable. The panel to control lighting and AC was inconvenient and was slow to respond.

The room was big, very cozy to stay with child. The cleaning was good, staffs were very kind. The vanue was also very close to a mall, clark quay and national museum. The only problem was that the shower booth overflowed with water. Overall, it was very great experience to stay here and the best hotel in SG compared the previous hotels where I had been to.

It’s located close to Funan shopping mall so you can buy foods easily. The pool is enjoyable for kids.

Beautiful hotel in Orchard district (shopping centre)! Heritage hotel with beautiful rooms and bathrooms! Great location, walkable and MRT close by. Very clean! The only reason why we are giving 4 stars is that it was 3 of us adults who booked the room with single and queen size beds to get roll out bed and queen size bed instead! When we asked why - we were told that due to heritage hotel and smaller room sizes they were unable to fit full size single/twin bed, which we understand. The bed was actually comfortable but we felt deceived during the booking. It would be nice if this information was available in advance! Overall beautiful place!
