Our window was cracked, curtains falling off rack and tv sucked. Bed was lumpy and not enough blankets but bathroom was nice

The light above the sink did not work and there was no bulb to replace it! Other than that it was clean and comfortable!

They need a laundry room and A.T.M. machine in the lobby. Everything else was good.

Freeway noise can be annoying. A basic room for an overnight. A few tweaks needed so you don’t have to wake the whole hallway to shut your door for example

First was how dirty the floors were, which I cleaned with extra towels. 2nd was the tub. It had a dirty soap ring. We showered quickly.
3rd When I turned down the bed I found crumbs. Under the pillows was animal hair.
The evening clerk took pictures and gave us clean linens including the bed cover.

Good for a quick night's stay. You get what you pay for. Never felt unsafe, and got a good night's rest.

It is a basic hotel. Quite.
We stayed 2 different nights. 2nd night we were a late checkin, which i had called earlier to inform staff. When we got there around 11:30 pm, they had no rooms other than a room that had no A/C or tv. I was disappointed, in the fact that i let them know we would be late, due to delay in flights. My room was booked about 3 wks prior, and yet you let a walkin have my room.

This motel was in terrible condition, only provided one washcloth in our room for two people, did not have enough towels because they were stained, as we were told by the front door, and my bedspread had blood and dirt on it, and my sheets had hair in them. I had to change my sheets and bedspread myself, and put my new bedding on as well.

Not the best choice. Hallways smell strongly of smoke, rooms are spot cleaned at best, walls are thin and you can hear the highway traffic and people walking through the halls and your neighbors showers running. The AC works great and it’s an okay stay if you are in a pinch and pets stay free.

When I arrived at the Hotel 6 it was already booked to someone else! Very tired after a long day we had to search for a room on a busy Friday night. It took 4 tries around town to find a room and had to pay over $300 (3x our original rm) for the night. It was one of the worst experiences in the last 25 years. I had better get my money back.

The rooms were dirty, they smelled like smoke there was what appeared to be a long term tenant in a room with music blaring and smoking. We were told by staff that they have had complaints about him previously but not removed?! There was hair on the sheets of the bed. Nasty

I was amazed after checking in at 9:30 PM to get to my room and discover that the maid service from the previous guest had't been done. The front desk jumped on it and both he and the person who eventually cleaned the room were great, but it also meant a long wait to get in the room and less time for sleep before the long day I had coming up the following morning.

Pet friendly hotel, doesn't clean the pet hair off the floors. I walked around in sock feet only to find the bottom of my socks covered in hair. Vinyl floors are ok but they need to vacuum and mop. Had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work. No tv remote couldn't change channel or volume. Just went to sleep and checked out. Paid too much for below budget standards.

The bathroom shower had not been cleaned and the beds were terrible. You could easily feel the springs and one of the beds had a massive dip in it. I am confused why they would ever have a paying customer have to endure those beds. Although the sheets were likely laundered they did not appear clean.

First of all there were stains om the bed linens and yellow stains on the towels. Then i went to take a shower and there was somebody elses shampoo bottle still on the top of the shower and there was hair in the tub and walls.

We checked in late at night and was greeted by the very pleasant night clerk. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I would stay there overnight again. My only complaint, and it's minimal, is the coffee bar could be better stocked with creamer, rather than powdered creamer. I would stay there again.

Inside the room was okay, but the parking lot had a few people that honestly just scared me.

No washcloth in the room. Wifi was a joke. Toilet was clogged from the getgo. When checking in the clerk told me the door sticks a little. Just pull hard. I had to slam the door everytime i left the room. That room should not have been available until repairs were done.

We had an unexpected overnight in Great Falls and were looking for a good value. We found this hotel truly exceeded our expectations based on past experiences with the Motel 6 chain. The front desk experience was personal and very friendly. Fresh coffee was ready in the lobby before 6 am. The room had a fridge and while spartan in furnishings, was comfortable and clean. But I think it was the very pleasant front desk encounters and good management that set the tone for a positive, economical stay.

Floor was filthy, a lot of hair and dust in the corners of the room, under the desk and on the pillows. Several pieces of dey dog or cat food next to the fridge. No shampoo but had lotion and conditioner. Hallways smelled like someone is cooking ethnic foods on hot plates. Filthy carpets in hallways and stairs

Great place to stay with our two medium dogs. Clean and had everything we needed for a dog friendly stay. Nice area and close to restaurants as we passed through town. Room was simple and updated. Nice cold AC. Shower water pressure and tub needs an update. Overall very happy with quality and price!
