Staff was very accommodating during the check-in/out process. Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We love the hotel/staff/location. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The hotel is in a great location. Close by to the shopping area and main tram & bus routes. The hotel staff are always helpful and polite.

It’s in the heart of town. Getting in and out by car was challenging but we gave the keys to the hotel staff and walked everywhere during our 2 night stay.

Our room had amazing door/windows that opened up to the rushing Rhône River!

Great location, room was okay but shower leaked all over bathroom floor, very difficult to use. Informed ladies on reception but not really interested. Very expensive to stay for a couple of nights but again, great location

Great location and fantastic room. Special mention has to go to the concierge/bell boy. He was fantastic. Excellent service every day of my stay. He helped me park my particularly long car and looked after me well. Always very happy and super friendly. He made my stay.

First trip to Geneva. Stayed at the Ambassador per the recommendation of a family member. Great place. Quiet and clean. The staff was very attentive. The hotel restaurant was closed, but who cares with sooooo many wonderful options available in the nearby old town. Would stay here again.

Mostly good. Good size room, just oddly apportioned. Bathroom space is divided in two, with shower and toilet crammed into the smaller space. Water provided only on first day. Coffee maker in lobby is good. I didn't try breakfast, but it looked meager. Good bakeries nearby.

I stayed in a very nice , clean, big room overlooking the lake. Excellent location and very good, friendly staff .

I LOVE the area, it's right off the lake so it's beautiful! And I can walk outside ANYTIME of the day, which in some ways extended my time in the area and my enjoyment. I loved it! I walked out around the lake @9 one night and got ice cream, which is hard to find because Geneva food vendors shuts down @7, unless you're in this area. You can find sit-down options of course, but I wouldn't want that by myself, after an evening stroll.

Everything about our stay was great except the price of the continental breakfast. $25 per person is a little ridiculous.

Great location and wonderful views from the upper floors. Valet parking is efficient and the staff is very accommodating. Elevators so no steps to lug your luggage over... Never ate at the hotel - too many options around there! Gym across the street at sister hotel. Two things to note: rate charged was higher than hotels.com reservation. (I'd prepay next time). Also, as an American, the Air Conditioning is lacking for our sensibilities. We were there during a heat wave and the room never cooled down. Opened the window in the early morning, as it was cooler outside. Noisy too as there are benches right in front of the hotel.

Wonderful location and friendly, helpful staff. Gave us a room when we arrived early. It was small but comfortable. Loved that they had black out blinds. We would stay there again without question. Housekeeping was not stellar. They forgot the second towel. We only had one bathrobe and they didnt change the sheets even though they got dirty. Obviously we could have asked if it had been a problem.

The hotel is in a great location on the river and less than a 10min walk from the train & bus station, so very convenient for getting to and from the airport. The old town was just a few minutes in the other direction over the footbridge. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room (superior double) was very well appointed with a great comfy large bed and a seating area. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic and powerful shower. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay again if returning to Geneva.

Firstly the location of this hotel is amazing! We travelled from London for one night - the staff were really friendly and helpful, they allowed us to leave our bags before our room was ready. When we got back later on in the evening our bags were waiting for us in our room. The room was clean, lovely view, nice and cool and we found the bed comfortable - no noise during the night. Again the staff were super friendly in the morning and lets us leave our bags at checkout and we were able to pick them up when we left in the evening.

Opportunity to be right on the edge of the Lake in a well run hotel. Unexpectedly quiet because the road in front is now pedestrianized. Comfortable and clean.
