The pool and slide were so fun for the kids and everyone loved the French toast. TVs in the rooms were quite small.

Great stay, could have been more selection for breakfast, and they were painting in the lobby at breakfast could have waited till it was over the smell made many nauseous

The fact the pool was NEVER open was a bust!

We checked in 2.5 hours before 3pm and were informed that there was a $40.00 early check in fee. The rooms were ready. I have never ever been charged at any hotel anywhere a fee for early check-in. I don’t think I will ever stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Our room was awesome. Big king bed. Good breakfast choices. Got a good price.

We checked in Friday and nobody came to our room the whole stay to change sheets, take out garbage or anything. We had to go to the front deskto get clean linen (Front desk staff was always amazing). We love the location, we love the facilities and the waffle maker at breakfast. There was "security" on site for the first time which was a bit alarming - now we are wondering if the location isn't as safe as we thought - but no events so that was good.

We love staying here when travelling to Ontario!

I stay here often when visiting family in Transcona. This is the second time this year when my stay extended past one week and I only received housekeeping once plus another time when I was moved into another room because of the first floor being used by forest fire refugees. Also, the elevator smelled like stinky feet.

Had booked a king room with a sofa bed. When pulled out, the sofa bed had dirty sheets on it. Hair in the bathroom (counter, sink and tub) and crumbs/peanuts on the floor. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the last guesys were there. The hotel was fully booked and stff were unable to move us rooms. They did clean the bathroom and remade the beds with clean sheets but clearly not a great experience.

Everything was great

I love staying here, I love how they have dove products in the hotel and it’s pet friendly. Clean, quiet, safe, the staff are friendly. I never have problems staying here.

Our room had a full bag of garvage with fruit flies. The pool had a layer of phiktg arpubd it, gross. Staff and awesome and kind free slushies all day was lovely

We stayed 4 nights and our room didn't get cleaned once. I even asked the front desk and they said they would. There was also people in the pool wearing clothing and socks.

Clean room and the staff are nice and friendly.

This hotel is NOT clean. After just an hour in the room, my pants and socks were already covered in pet hair. The smell in the elevator was awful, resembling foot odor or animal urine left on the carpet. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the situation did not improve. The soundproofing is also very poor. I could hear footsteps from the floor above, which was especially annoying when the guests above us were jumping around after 9:30 PM. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They called the noisy guests twice, and when the calls didn’t work, they went upstairs in person to resolve the issue. Eventually, the problem was solved. There were very few hooks and towel racks in the bathroom, so I couldn't hang up my used towels to dry. The pool is excellent, especially with lots of toys inside (like balls and noodles). There is also a separate children's pool, which is very child-friendly. The location is at the edge of the city, so if you want to visit the museum or zoo, it’s far. But if you want to enjoy quiet or easy access to the highway, it’s good.

It was very, very good

We had to change rooms twice- once because the tv was broken and a second time because of a very foul item left hidden in room. The head of housekeeping was amazing- very apologetic (clearly not the fault of any housekeeping staff but a previous disgusting guest), responded appropriately and immediately changed our room. She and her team were top notch. The general manager however thought it was funny (it was not at all) and tried to downplay it. Her response did not reflect the seriousness of what we found. The hotel did reverse charges for that night but we had to specifically ask. Otherwise, location is good. Parking lot is too small for the number of rooms in hotel, which is odd. The first night we struggled to find anywhere to park. Overall, it wasn’t a great stay but more because of how management responded to the incident than anything else.

13 day stay to visit family, so minimal amount of time spent in the room.

I booked this for a one night stay and once I went to verify the booking jumped to the next night and the notification was not sufficient to notice and the site booked me for the next night, not the night of the 7th, so I had to book at an additional hotel and ended up paying for a room I never got to use.
