Checked in early, and the staff were wonderful. Got to park the car & go to our event. They even put our cold bag into a fridge. Very happy with the weekend & accommodatin.

whilst the staff on check in / out and the view from my 2 level hotel room was great. The property its self is rundown, the photo's of the hotel room on the advertisement was not what we got at all. The shower had hair from another person in it.

We have stayed at The Mantra numerous times because it is ideal for the whale watching boats.

Property safe parking was excellent. No extractor fan in bath/laundry a bit of an issue as door had to be kept closed resulting in wet slippery floor.

Very old tired room with good view over marina. Bed mattress overdue for replacement. Very expensive for the standard of accommodation offered.

The fire doors are extremely heavy and when you are not used to them they bang quite loudly if you don’t or can’t hold onto them

Great setup loved being on the 6th floor . The tv remote control was all but unusable but other then that a stunning room.

Nice views of the marina

As per most places in Australia, the room looked no where like the picture on line. The small cushions and the bed cover had stains on it. The bathroom had a window in it, which you had to close a blind so that no one in the lounge could see you.

Perfectly appointed with great amenities. Quiet, clean, just right for my needs. Only thing was the (locked) shower bottles were for body moisturizer, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. I think they put the wrong bottle in and should have been the body wash instead of body moisturizer. Just a small thing but it peeved me a little. :) Otherwise, they were lovely products. Thank you

We had a great stay, it was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we didnt like was the shower being in the bath.

While the room was not quite what we expected (as per pictures) it was still a decent room. Although items in the kitchen required washing before using. Balcony view was not quite what we hoped for… but I think I know why there were slightly different prices doe what seemed to be the same room online. A little more info may have prompted me to spend that little bit extra. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Pool was gorgeous. Plenty of food options by the hotel which was great. Please get a new bed and blockout curtains - lights from the walk ways are always on (of course) but when trying to sleep, you always felt like it was daylight outside. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable (rm 333). Otherwise we had a nice stay.

We had a nice stay here. Fantastic balcony view over the marina and gorgeous sunrise. Slightly odd window between bathroom and bedroom, but otherwise good value for money.

Had a beautiful weekend at The Mantra and will definitely make it a regular stop. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, perfect location, close to all points of interest, fabulous , helpful , happy staff members , have been a returning guest for many years , won't stay anywhere else. Have previously, no comparison.

My recent stay fell short of expectations. The rooms were far from the sleek spaces advertised online, lacking cleanliness and modern amenities. The initial room I was given was a grim affair. Tucked away in a corner of the building, it offered a view of nothing but walls and grass. The lack of cleanliness was striking, with mysterious stains adorning the carpet and curtains, paint and woodwork marred with scratches and chips, ants making themselves at home along the walls, and a few dead in the bathtub. The mold above the AC unit added to the unsavory ambiance, while clumps of hair littered the bathroom floor. Upon voicing my concerns to the reception, I was relocated to what was purported to be a "VIP room" with a promise of a better experience. While the view of the marina was indeed fantastic, the room still fell short. Its dated decor and the makeshift double bed, composed of two singles uncomfortably pushed together, were disappointing. The presence of a dead cockroach in the bathroom further dampened any hopes of a pleasant stay. Despite requesting a clean-up, the sight of the persistent cockroach greeted me upon my return. Furthermore, the gym facilities were extremely basic and set in a claustrophobic glass box, and the absence of a smart TV to access Netflix etc. was surprising given the price. Highly disappointed in the Mantra and Accor brands.
