Nice hotel, although the buffet breakfast was served by the kitchen staff so you couldn’t help yourself which was quite annoying. Else the rooms were nice, except for the view of the building site right outside our balcony.

Good breakfast - comfortable bed

We stayed for one night in this modern hotel in Olbia. The hotel is a 10 min drive from centrum but they offer free parking. The hotel was clean, quite new and had a nice rooftop restaurant/bar. We didn’t quite understand the lighting in the room, and the Nespresso machine didn’t work in our superior room. Breakfast was good but you had to order the food from the staff, so it’s not a traditional buffet.

Fabulous stay! Would stay again

ALL of the staff at the Hotel Felix Olbia were very professional, friendly, and polite. Our room maid was Awesome as well. There is a blonde woman with short hair and wears glasses that literally was so kind that she "made me smile and leave the breakfast area happy that I saw and interacted with her! The women working at the Hotel reception desk were very accommodating. We didn't have any complaints and would stay at this facility again if we have need to do so. KUDOS to ALL!

The most comfortable bed! Breakfast was beautiful, even offered smoked salmon, loved the dining room tables and chairs. The only problem was I couple hear other guests, but it wasn’t bad.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Restaurants have great food and service. Nice rooftop swimming pool and great central location close to airport. Rooms were very modern and clean.

The hotel is not what you expect..No elevator working ...Needs refurbishment. I will not choose it in the future

WIFI is bad

A reasonably priced hotel but outside pool never cleaned in whole week we were there, reception staff helpful, but one particular waitress in dining room not so!!!! When asked for butter at breakfast on three occasions I do not appreciate a shrug of the shoulders and to be told there is none!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! Shower broke in room and waited two days to be fixed! Eventually moved rooms...Hotel location good to travel around Olbia and bus stop close by too.

We stayed two nights, it was clean, friendly and helpful staffs but there was no WiFi and the buffet breakfast was very simple there were only two types of cakes and few croissants. Over all it was good place to stay and not very far from the port 20-25 minutes by bus.

This hotel is about a 30 minute stroll out of the main town of Olbia, but it is on a road with plenty of bars and restaurants so no need to head into town for a meal if you don't want to. It has certainly seen better days in that it is a bit shabby and could do with some tlc, but the staff are very friendly and helpful and it suited us for our 2 day stay. It is very easy to get out of the town to travel north to the Smeralda coast and has ample parking on site. We had originally planned to be in Olbia for the week, but were glad to move on as there is little to sustain a week's visit in the town. The rooms are basic but ours had a balcony with a nice view over the town. It was clean and pretty old-fashioned, but we didn't mind that, rather having a more basic room at a good price than pay over the nose for a higher rated hotel. The swimming pool was out of action but we were there in November, so not unusual. Staff are very friendly and helpful with breakfast being the basic continental you expect across Sardinia.

The hotel is located in a nice residential area of the city, however, the area is full of bars and shops. The stay in this hotel was very pleasant, has lots of parking places, very helpful staff and tasty food.

If you need a stay a few miles from the airport you might want to consider this. Reception was nice enough... fair breakfast with attentive service.... room was slow to cool and elevator out of service.

Convenient location, the hotel needs renovation.

It was an OK stay. The building is old and so are the air conditioners. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Hotel is trying hard but there are many aspects that need attention, poolside only few usable sun beds- many are broken, cracked tiles in bathroom, loose taps, broken phone, broken glass in doors to balcony, ripped and stained pillow cases. The list goes on, staff are very helpful and do work very hard, hotel set in busy area of town, half hour walk to main tourist area and museum, tip for travellers there is bus stop right outside hotel which goes to and from airport, €1.50 each way otherwise hefty €25 for taxi

Convenient to shops and supermarkets and restaurants

Pleasant greeting. Car park available. Lift out of order. Fridge not working. TV not working. Aircon not working. Moved to another room where conditions were almost as bad.Cannot recommend.

The staff very nice,although it was much earlier than the check in time they let us use the conference room to change and leave our bags and offered us breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. The only negative thing was that when the room was cleaned they didn't refurbish us with the toiletries after the first night, we were there for the nights. Overall a prefect choice for the value.

We used this hotel as a starting point of our holiday, for which it was convenient - but it's not a place for a vacation. Next door's air conditioning was very noisy, we couldn't sleep. They moved us to a different (much nicer) room in the middle of the night.The pool was not very clean. Breakfast was poor and the service unfriendly.
