No breakfast offered due to facility malfunction. In a similar situation with another motel chain received a courtesy gift card for nearby fast food restaurant. There was a Jack n Box a half block away from EconoLodge!!! Tiny TV!!! Dog was barking inside motel with dog food, bowl and toys strewned across entire hall way. Garbage around outside. Checkin was pleasant.

Excellent place to stay for early flight out of Idaho Falls Airport. Air conditioner had to run due to summer heat, so that was background noise all night but property is off the road and quiet otherwise. It's very well maintained clean.

No wifi in the room, very unfriendly lady in the reception. Some junkies in the hotel as well.

I didn’t feel safe. Front desk girl was weak in her knowledge of checking me in.

Just as the name of the business indicates, this is a place for economic savings. The rooms are cleverly furnished with laminant floorings for quick and easy cleaning. The paint is good and in good shape. It would be nice to have a large mirror on the main wall by the TV and a picture on the wall as well.

It was centrally located and very walkable to restaurants.

The room was dirty , they didn’t come and change our bedding or give us clean towels for the whole three days we were there , the shower looked like it had never been cleaned , the vent in the bathroom had about 5 inches of nasty dirt around it

I was afraid to take a shower. The "hot" water at the sink was lukewarm at best.

The property was reasonable for the price, but I travel for work and it said they had Wi-Fi and it wasn’t working so I had to cancel two meetings and check out at 7 o’clock to find a place to work.

We reserved a non smoking room, found it was anything but that. My wife has lung issues, there was a cigarette stand outside the door and I can now only presume on the other end as well because my wife saw men loitering at both doors. This smoke filtered into the hallway and under and around the cracks of our room door. Days later we are still tasting smoke burning watering eyes, coughing burning throat. Our car reeks of smoke even though we put a throw blanket in a bag that we had used at the door to keep the largest portion of smoke from coming in. My wife is on a medication that should not be taken in such a situation. How dare this property be so lax.

The grassy area in the back , my family loved looking at the squirrels. Very relaxing little area.

I liked that it was so close to downtown. The rooms, though, needed some TLC. We noticed the floors hadn't been cleaned in awhile from all the dirt stains and debris built up. The bed was super soft and hurt our backs (were both in our early 30s without any back conditions), so we were a little disappointed by our stay. Otherwise, staff was nice 👍

Recently updated room with mini fridge,eating booth for 3,47 inch tv,well lit, new and very clean shower insert and convenient lighting switches

The mattress was totally worn out. It has a hump in the center and slopes downward in both directions. Room was clean and orderly.

For the amount of money you folks charge for a room you think you'd have a blowdryer and iron and ammenities that your web site shows , and the bed was hard as rock and the pillows were flat, I wasn't empressed by the least. I will never stay at this location .

144 / 5,000 A normal hotel where you can stay a night or two. There was a problem with check in, because they couldn't find the order, but it was resolved when the order confirmation was presented from the website. Overall we were satisfied.

Good vibes

I could not check in on time because they didn’t clean the units yet. Everything was just dingy and gross. The front desk staff were hard to get ahold of. Would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere else

This was a very nice motel. Clean and the staff was very nice. Also house keeping was amazing and very accommodating when I needed more towels. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom was huge. The only downfall was there is no elevator. However I got a good workout in. I highly recommend this Econo Lodge. And would definitely use again.
