Bed was very comfortable. Size of room was exceptional. Breakfast was very decent.

Wondering why no clock or phone in the room. Also, surprised at $25 charge per pet per day. No mention of that beforehand.

Very clean and accessible to river walk and eateries. Location was convenient for our travel needs and time.

There was someone on our floor with a very noisy dog.

The room was dirty. All tables in my room were stained or had food leftovers.. The carped was not clean either. One of the towels had a strange smell. The doors would close very noisy so that would wake me you up now and again, and the elevator operation was also really loud. The included breakfast was not good, but that's complimentary so just have something outside.

The room was very good and the view was nice. We are used to the sound of water, so it was perfect for us.

When I booked online, nothing was said about the Pet Deposit fee of $25.00. We paid it but it would have been better if we knew we would have to.

This property is horrible. Very old and dated. Looked like a war happened in the elevator…… property is trashed. Not clean. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom. No toilet paper holder….. the roll is just placed on the toilet tank. 🙄 Not happy at all. 🤬

While I was advised the hotel was undergoing construction work, I didn't expect so much dust in the common areas and in the room. The room was cleaned poorly, with dust and small construction debris on the floor, carpet and furniture.

The location, the facility, and the staff were all excellent.

The hotel was under construction, and they did email me that information in advance. However, there was construction going on over the weekend and it seemed into the evening, and they used all the elevators, which were quite dirty. Once the renovation is complete, I am hopeful it will be much nicer.

Elevator is slow. Could hear music thru floor. Hot tub removed. Water wasnt very hot.

was not aware the whole hotel was being renovated. read after booking that the dining area was being renovated. breakfast was grab and go. not fantastic for a diabetic. Newly renovated room had problems. half the plugs didn’t work. no hair dryer, no towel racks, no iron, toilet broke. the room was clean and spacious.

i asked for a room facing the temple so i could pray to jesus all night long, and they didn't give it to me. also hordes of young people made a racket The lobby was a disaster and there was no one at the front desk

People were nice.

The hotel was under construction. The room smelled bad and I had to buy deodorizer and open the sliding glass door to air out the room. I didn’t want to shower there.
