I was traveling with a teenager and my dog. The room was awful! The room smelled like it had been a smoking room. There was a burn hole in the comforter on one of the beds. The paint was peeling and the room was very dark and dingy.
We saw bugs in the room.
The door to the parking lot didn't open with our key card. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the door didn't usually work.
I know the hotel can't control the guests but people were coming and going until 2:00 in the morning. They were very loud when walking through the hall.
We will never stay there again.

The hotel is older. So, I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was great for the price I paid. The gentleman at the front desk was great too. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would stay there again!

Staff nice and helpful but I don't think many people work there. It's obvious that improvements are being made, but overall condition was below average. Mostly clean, no bugs or obvious mold, but still felt old and dirty. Exposed wiring where vent fan should be. Did not see any suspicious activity, but environment did not give me confidence for my safety. I've seen worse, but this was one little step away from being a dive.

When we walked in property appeared updated. Walking down the hall carpet was disgusting walls were chipped floors were wavey. In our room mattresses were caved in terribly. Comforter was ripped, pillows were completely trashed and dirty. We pulled back the blankets and sheets were stained mattresses were stained and torn. Went to leave the room and bolt was busted where we had to insert key and release the bolt. Another person in our party had similar issues with their bed. Door had to be jimmies open. Top bold was missing the slider. Bathroom was stained and dirty. We requested a checkout and refund within the first 10 min. Was not a case of “somewhere to lay our head” felt very dirty and unsafe.

OH MY GAWD!!!! This place shouldn't have even been open for business. The front desk guy, Tim I think was his name, was doing his very best to accommodate people. The weekend was a huge weekend for Lincoln as it was the NU vs CU game. I traveled 1700 miles to go to the game. had read the reviews on Expedia and they were mediocre. We got to the Hotel. Very shady character setting outside of a room with locks and cameras on the second floor. 3 or the 4 rooms we were shown did not have locks on the doors. Windows had no screens, holes in the walls. Just a complete horror. My son and I were scared and he is a veteran. The calmest part of this hotel was the veggie/flower garden out front.

We drove 10 hours. “Pet friendly”, but only if you get there early enough for a 1st floor room. Got in at 1:30am to be told “sorry….we do t have a room for you” with no other option. Luckily the Holiday Inn Express had rooms available.

Very run down! There were 2 little black bugs in one of my beds, so I slept in the other bed. Very disconcerting, and there were holes in the walls in various places in my room. TP holder was broken so TP was just set on the back of the toilet. I didn't expect it to be this bad for a low price... ugh

Book adjoining rooms, Motel said they couldn’t accommodate it. The place stunk like a thrift store, the fire alarm was ripped off and in a drawer, office said oh yeah we have trouble keeping them up. 2 adults & 6 kids in one room, they would not give us 1 extra pillow or 2 extra towels.

After I checked in, I went to the room to find no ice bucket so I went back to the front desk and asked them. They told me that they were out of them and could not find anymore so she went to the bar and gave me a bag of ice and nothing to put it in, they have a restaurant on the property. I sat there and waited to get a drink. And look at the food menu no one came so I went back to the room got my car keys and went to another restaurant when I got back. I got the ice went to the room to find out. I couldn’t get the TV to work so I went to call the front desk. The phone did not work. The phone jack clip was broken so it would not stay in the Jack will not stay in the phone so I want down to the front desk. told him I couldn’t get the TV work she came up. She found one channel, and then also noticed in the bathroom. There is no stopper in the sink. This is as well under acceptable.

I booked this stay while I was working. I called to authorize my buddy to check in for me and they approved him to do so. Well I work alot and wasn't able to make it to the hotel so after 4 days they kicked my buddy out of s room I payed $837 for upfront. I called the hotel they said I wouldn't get my refund for the remaining 9 nights because I called hotel.com for a refund which I never got. The hotel and hotels.com basically left my stay as ongoing like I stayed for them days and I didn't they refuse to give me a refund and hotels.com refuse to do anything about it and wouldn't even give me complimentary room for the inconvenience. I've been a customer with hotels.com for 10 years and never went through this. I will never book through hotels.com again nor will I ever book this hotel. They will scam u out of your money

Very nice staff and a good location right off I-80… easy to get in and out of town. Close to a few places to eat. A little sketchy at times after hours, lots of unusual characters milling around at times. But once I was in the room for the night it was perfect for a one night stay.

They do not maintain the ac units. When I walked into the room I could tell the a/c wasn't working right. After a few minutes I pulled the filters and they literally had 1/2 inch of dust and dirts on them. I cleaned them and the a/c worked fine. The entire building was hot and miserable.

Starting at the room door: lock and deadbolt need to be fixed.
Hot conditions: room AC needs to be running, I had to plug in and wait for room to cool down, not convenient when you’ve been on the road traveling all day.
Bathroom: looks dingy, 2x4 holding sink in place looks like shoddy workmanship. Fan cover dangling from opening.
Room: didn’t find any bugs, but while conducting room search for them, the perimeter of the room, especially behind the end table and bed needs to be vacuumed and walls wiped down.

Stay felt... Biased towards a specific demographic of people non-white... Kept specifically referencing that I might tear up a hotel room... Wanted to charged extra fees... And when a card payment failed they said I'd have to pay extra upfront for it..... Never in my life have I had that kind of charge soooo. Unless you're white... I would avoid this hotel. I went to another hotel in place.

Was traveling with kids. Didn't realize there was a mini casino built in next door to the hotel so that was a suprise. I'm sure thats where the cigarette smell was coming from despite it being a non smoking hotel. Our TV was broken it would even turn on. Im sire had I told the man at the desk he would have moved us but after driving all day the last thing I wanted to do was
move my luggage to another place. The front desk guy was nice enough. We only stayed for the night and for the price it was fine. Probably won't rebook again due to the cigarette smell and the property looked like it was either being renovated or poorly maintained. Couldn't tell. Oh and the TV. It did looked mostly clean.

Worst experience and stay the pictures of the rooms look nothing like what the rooms really look like. Very outdated tinfoil in a lot of the windows and in our last day housekeeping came knocked on our door asking for any dirty towels because they were going to shut off electricity will never stay there again even if it's the last motel. I would rather sleep in my car

Part of the building was being used for storage, so mattresses were used to block the hallway to restrict the area. The side doors were not working. The night stand in the room had a sticky spill spot on it. The blanks smelled like dirty feet. There was a dirty sock left next to the bed from previous guest that was not cleaned up. The sheets had hair all over them. When the air conditioner would such off it put off a very bad smell. Building smells like cigarette smoke.
