Unfortunately, this is the worst Motel 6 we’ve stayed at. Very dirty, unsafe with random people walking and driving round and round the parking lot. Accessible room was not accessible for a wheelchair.

Need to fix the air conditioning in the rooms. This was our third timw styaing & having to be moved room because of the air conditioning being broken.

Room had no heat. No hot water. Desk clerk said sorry, you’ll have to go upstairs.

We came for the eclipse. It was convenient, and the least expensive of all the hotels in the area even though $500 of night seemed Too much for a hotel that did not provide a blow dryer for your hair. But it was clean convenient and the people were extremely friendly in a safe area.

We were charged over $400 for a room that wasn’t worth $100; solar eclipse price gouging.

We didn’t even stay because they have bed bugs

The bathroom was dirty hair all in shower. No shampoo to wash your hair, no coffee pot. Or a blow dryer. Freezing cold in the room took hours to heat up. You couldn't park our car near our room as there's no access to. Would never stay there again

it’s a motel 6 simple comfortable relaxing

It was easy to get to. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable and excellent rates!

The rooms were on first glance clean. It took the lights being turned down for the cockroach infestation to be apparent. I didn’t even stay the night. The desk clerk seemed like that happens all of the time. He was very polite just resigned to the fact that the place is “less than hygienic” as the hotels.com support lady stated.

My toilet didn’t stay on the ground and a worker walked into my room without knocking. My AC also didn’t work so I had to purchase a box fan. It was a good option for last min emergency but wouldn’t do it again

Water under the flooring, so when you stepped on the floor, water seeped out between the planks. Tiffany tried to help, moved us to another room. (The only empty room in the hotel) Similar but not as much with the water on the floor.. We just put towels down to walk on. floor. They did come in and do something to make it a little drier. No coffee pot in the room. Coffee in office was not at times we were told. One day we understand due to tornado clean up. Coffee was horrible. In between the buildings by the pool smells like cat urine. Had one iron and no ironing board for the whole hotel. I want to be clear TIFFANY was wonderful. The guy who took over from Tiffany in the morning was gruff.

The rooms were clean but run down. It’s right on the freeway so it’s very noisy. Very nice staff.

The property didn’t give our standard amenities like shampoo. My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. But the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

DO NOT STAY. There were roaches through the room. When they crawled in a bag and on a bed, we left for another hotel in town.

Worth the money except the roaches and no air. Won’t come back again

I checked in at 9 pm and left before midnight. The tv did not work. Went to office he put new batteries in remote. Still didn’t work. Decided to go to bed so laid down with small light on and roaches started coming out. Couldn’t stand it. Two I seated off bed and decided I couldn’t stay there so got in car and drove 3 hours home. Just got home

Rooms are smell of smoke even when I requested for a non-smoking room.
