One of the Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I was just asking a question about the deposit fee and There was this little girl there that was so ghetto as hell and was answering my questions with attitude and doing all these hand gestures like if she was retarted or on disability talking to these 2 men flirting and everything most poor communication I Will NEVER BOOK AT THIS LOCATION cause that girl can get it any day learn how to train your workers before u show there face for Service NEVER AGAIN !!!!! And she cancel my booking and didn’t refund me my money so I lost out on money on a cheap ass hotel

No working AC. TV did not work. Sheets were dirty. Pet hair on the bed. I want my money back !!

Room was clean bed was comfy . No black out curtains. It was ok of a stay can’t believe they took out 50 with a hotel in that area . I left for the day to the beach bought a 12 pack of Corona and my igloo ice chest. I drank 4 at the beach left it in bed of my truck parked next to my room . Got up Sunday morning and boom it was gone 😂😂 So don’t leave anything in bed of truck or in view. I didn’t know it was the bad side of town. 😂😂

2 different rooms had issues i.e water& paint equipment in other& one the room key disnt work

People looking for trouble around that area.

Very unprofessional. Charge me for a night I did not stay. Refused to give me a refund. Do not book this room. Money hungry people. Basically!!!!

Noisy dirty roaches

Talk bout trashy motel for 80 a night I’ve stayed at way better hotels bed was uncomfortable restroom was nasty door wouldn’t close all the way prostitutes walking around front desk had a sign back in 10 mins I waited outside for a hour checked out almost immediately asked for a refund wouldn’t do it never again would I stay there or recommend any one to them

The staff was super nice but the people staying there were creepy. Everytime we opened our door they would do the same to watch us. We paid for two nights and only stayed one so that should give an idea as to how it was.

I didn’t spend the night because no mention was made on hótels.com that a $50 deposit was required that is terrible I will never recommend motel 6 to anyone I didn’t like the location or staff or cleanliness of the place either

I slept well

This time around the customer service lady was phenomenal. I didn't catch her name. I did notice her lashes where great. Don't know if naturally or what, but nice! She was just such a beautiful person. Checked us in earlier after I called to ask. Appreciated that a lot. We got a smoking room for no extra money. No microwave or fridge, but didn't bother me. Pool was super clean this time. Overall average cuz u get what u pay. Still loved it for my circumstances.

First off, NO microwave nor fridge and had to pay $42 extra to have them available! NEVER in my years of getting a hotel such a ridiculous thing. Most of all NEVER with Motel 6. Then NO room service cuz I was staying 5 days. OMG. U had to take towels to front desk to get some cheaper blue towels, if u wanted clean ones. Same for linens. Room so nasty and dirty. I myself swept under bed and OMG had t been cleaned under there for years! I did get a smoking room and I liked that. My husband smokes and I hate that he can't most of the time inside hotel. So, that was a plus. Pool filthy and NOT even cleaned on Monday after we had already stayed there 3 days. Still dirty. I do LOVE pets are welcomed without extra deposit and scandls as other hotels. Christian in the front desk is phenomenal. Loved him! Beautiful person and phenomenal customer service etiquette. Other younger ladies ugh get some pointers from Christian. There was another gentleman tall white man super nice too. Sorry didn't catch name. One of the housekeeping staff members was so nice too. She wore black glasses. Didn't catch her name either. So sorry. Beautiful person. Gave us trach bags, toilet paper, exchanged the ugly blue towels for clean ones, lend me broom and mop, and exchanged linens rol. Thank u. Appreciate all u do. I just think the price from this stay was NOT ok without the amenities. And should be noted in BLACK BOLD letters. Oh well. Had to stay cuz had an emergency.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The coffee in the mornings was really good. The pool area was clean and quiet. Our room had 2 queen beds and it was quite spacious. We would absolutely stay here again.

awesome customer service

Our stay was good I can’t complain about that. The one thing however that I didn’t like was that they wouldn’t enter our room to take out the trash and give new towels

The sheets where dirty and had a horrible odor the bed was hard and very uncomfortable the tv was so small and out dated I will never ever recommend or stay at this place again I was very disappointed
