Bed was to hard

Had to pay an additional $35 because my wife smoked, couldn’t use my Expedia points, microwave didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work,air conditioner was raggedy no ventilation panels. Okay

Rooms were not cleaned and given a smoking room

Very sparce room with no kleenex, coffee maker, or small table and chair. Bed mattress was fine (not lumpy or sagging). Convenient access to beltway and BWI airport.

It is a pet friendly place, but they will not clean the room if you have a pet. However, they do not tell you. The excuse they gave me was that the cleaning lady was afraid of dogs...we have a declawed cat. We called more than once because the WiFi did not work and the person at the front desk simply told us that it was working where he was and to come to that building to use it. The night staff had no interest in fixing the issue or even acknowledging it whatsoever. The day staff was willing to help us check out later than we hoped because of a change in travel plans. However, they started by wanting to charge us $20 to stay one hour past regular checkout time, despite the room costing $60 per day. They did not charge us in the end, but this seems excessive.

I was told they were overbooked and I never checked in. I request a refund please.

This location has bed bugs

It was clean enough the staff was nice the property looked OK. The area is nice enough. I have stayed here several times. I would like it if the T v's were bigger. More water pressure for showers.

All I can say is you get what you pay for . It’s not the best hotel but it’s a place to lay your head . It was not cleaned at all, floor wasn’t swept or mopped in the room, sheets were dirty (but that’s a lot of place), and it’s not up to date at all. The beds were terrible not comfortable at all. I would tell you this the way they keep the hotel rooms separate is pretty unique and quiet . Also, if you have an extended stay the housekeeping doesn’t come everyday. And my room on one of the beds only had 2 pillows instead of the 3 but that’s okay too. Front office staff was great and easy to work with.

I always go back to Rodeway because it's nothing fancy and the price is reasonable.

Everytime i go here the rooms has always been clean and towels and everything where really clean and the onlh thing i dont like is when the sheets has burn holes in them i feel like they should throw them away
