Right on the 5 Freeway, Earthshaking loud room. No coffee in room or office. Grubby poorly lit room. Fail.

The room was VERY small & needed alot of fixing. The beds were surprisingly comfortable though.

Staff were really nice. The area was kinda sketchy though. Really thin sheets and the pillow was uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for. The place looked like it took them 10 mins to clean.

this property is next to the freeway and there's no sound wall. heck they don't even seal the door with weather stripping (bulk of the noise was coming around the door). it is LOUD. that's not something that usually bothers me, but this is exceptional. lovely staff (11:10), and the room was very clean. and good price. if you have to stay here insist on a room on the front side of the buildings. i was in room 116

Hotel is right next to the freeway. So you hear the traffic going by. There are some places to eat near by and a Walgreens near by as well.

It was a great stay! Very accommodating.

Front desk closed with no stuff for 15 minutes when i arrived at 6pm check in time, room have very strong smoke smell for my non smoking room I ordered

Toilet over flowed, tv was really small, no soap have to pay a $1 for it. Husband had to fix toilet problem himself when it wasn't us thst caused the toilet problem and theres no fridge

Disgusting!! The room was so gross, particularly the bathroom. The shower curtain had that pink mildew at the bottom as it had been so long since it had been washed. There was brown splatter on the side of the wall, and I used a towel to wipe up a bit of water on the floor and it ended up black. One side of the bed smelled like urine. Thankfully, it was only me as it would’ve been unbearable for the other person to sleep on that side. I was at a wedding and a bridesmaid and couldn’t switch rooms. This is fraud and in any other industry, it would be criminal as I was charged $150 for this room . It was absolutely horrendous and just right down disgusting. The one lady was really nice however, the guy who checked me in so rude. If you can at all, avoid this property, do as you will be disappointed.

Arrived at 7:45 PM and the room wasn't ready yet. It took until 8:45 PM to be able to get into a room that should have been ready at 3:00 PM. Then I found dirty towels, trash on the floor, long hair in the refrig, etc. I've stayed her before and not had these problems.

Cheap place to sleep. Was in a nonsmoking room but it had a lingering smoke smell. Could hear the highway and other guests pretty clearly from my room.

Room smelled like tobacco. Stains on the wall and ceiling.

Couldn't check in until 6pm because the rooms weren't - room was filthy. Non-smoking apparently doesn't exist.

Walls are way to thin, could here the neighbors fart.. Overall ok place to stay. Staf is very pleasant and helpful .B-ham Motel 6 staff deserve to know that there efforts are being recognized and appreciated by people who are staying there

The bulb in shower didn't work. Washroom was dirty. Shower curtains had pins that hold curtains that were very sharp and made me bleed. I didn't complain to anyone but they should fix these problems

Cleanliness

Not so good because when we get there at 3pm the room is not yet clean & ready. We wait for many hours then we came back 9pm just to get a room key before we went out to eat then came back 1:00 AM & found the room has a smell of urine in the floor area & also microwave & fridge are both dirty. Hard to sleep with a bad smell around. Too much headache without enough sleep.

Staff where all vary nice. The room was ok except for the door had at least a 2in open gap all the way under and a 1in gap all the way top to bottom of locking side . That didn't help with the nonstop roaring of i5 sounding like it was running through the room all night and day even felt the building shake at times.

Dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Homeless camping in cars, urine smell everywhere, in and out. Dog excrement outside in all grass/dirt places. Possible fleas in room, No mopped floors. Tore pillows with smelly linen.

leaking shower on second floor running into my bathroom front desk people knew about the issue and still gave me the room Someone was supposed to fix it and didn't Second nite I was greated with water at the entrance That was it I checked out and found another place to stay the nite You really need to find some maintaince people and get these problems solved Last time I stayed I got sewage in my shower area and water leaking from behind the toilet I keep coming back but no more I am done with Motel 6

People were waiting for staff to get checked in for over an hour. AC did not work. Room was less than clean

Bare bones motel 6 along freeway. Limited parking. No room key available, so desk clerk let us in, but said we'd not be able to get back in unless we left door open. Room smelled of cigarettes. Beds were comfortable, though one was backed up to ac until so blew on us all night.

Air conditioner did not work

Clean budget place with nice staff, definitely recommend 👍

Wasn't sure how well the room had been cleaned.

The staff were kind and did the best they could, no qualms with the staff. However, the room we reserved was not available when we arrived. We were put in another room, but it also wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went out to get dinner. Came back and the office was closed. When we finally got into the room, the AC didn’t work (despite being told it did).
