this Hotel is ok with family or friends, staff not to friendly, they charge $10.00 for wi-Fi every day, which is not right I am already giving them business by just staying, I have seen a 2 star have free internet. this hotel is ok if you are on budget its on the main road restaurants are close by.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was not clean. Very limited lighting. Bed and pillows had stains. Shower had fungi in drain. Walls had grime and marks on them. Cutlery n crockery had marks on them. Hotel was very run down - not up to the Capricorn International standard you expect.

Room were good size for the price

This place is very handy as the location is close to shops supermarkets restaurants and the cinema. I definitely would be staying here on my next visit.

This is a very run down property and needs renovation. Upon checking we were just advised thos is your room number and key was provided. There was NO welcoming or any welcome letter given. When we entered the room,not enough towels were provide. I have to ask for towels everyday during my 3 nights of stay. TV was not working and complained 3times to HK and Front desk but no ine came to repair. Telephone was not working, complained but nothing was done. Room mattresses is very old and feels like sleeping on the spring. Furnitures such as cupboards making noise when opened- very disturbing. Bathroom door was wobbling and can't close it properly. I tried to pull it little hard but saw glass is coming out of frames. Restaurants looks dirty and ugly especially the ceilings. Breakfast is very limited, just 1 cereal, milk, tea, coffee, toast and fruits. Should provide more varieties. GM - should prioritize to manage this property very well or change hotel name to back packers. Bathrooms and basins not cleaned properly as stains looks disgusting. I will never stay in this hotel in future, not worthwhile for money they charge. Suggestions to pay few extra dollars and stay at a better place.

I arrived early and the room was not ready. The receptionist failed to let me know when the room was ready and so I finally checked in 90 minutes after check-in time. I was double charged for the stay. I guaranteed my booking with credit card. On arrival, I paid for my stay in cash. After checkout and departing Fiji, my card was charged again.

Loud noise and fighting after midnight-by drunkards staying at the hotel. Lack of security and staff to help with baggage. Used to be better before but not now. Will not recommend to anyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. However there was no electric kettle and no remote for the TV.

I read reviews before arrival and asked to cancel booking due to bad reviews. Expedia said that we can’t do a free cancellation however he will asked for exception and will let me know and never did. When arriving went to room and the rooms were shocking . Dirty and power switches are not working a some are loosing. Aircon very dirty smell and noisy. I spoke to a front desk how am not happy with the rooms . Neary $200 a night is not worth. Hair on the bed side table . The front desk lady changed our room and we just accepted the room as a bit better than the others but the bath tubs are terrible . We were late for our dinner booking as we were waiting for towels so we can freshen up before going out. This facility should not be operating and the pictures of rooms advertising are so nice and clean very different to the actual room

Good place to stay

The worst place I’ve ever stayed, firstly I arrive with my email where I have my booking but they say they cannot find me and they have no room for me, the only option is to offer me staying in the hotel they have next door where the woman that show me the room literally told me don’t talk to anyone because they try to get into your room, tap was not working, same for TV, a hole at the door and really disgusting, don’t think they’ve cleaned in long time, so I ask to go back to the hotel where I booked and I ask for wifi, she asks me for $10 and she said wifi is down, so they don’t have (was my main reason to chose this because I need it) then, I have a serious conversation with them and they give me a room where I can upload photos and videos of the place, I couldn’t even have a shower, sheets with blood, bugs and even a chewing gum on the wall, a hole where the cables supposed to be (plug), the fridge I couldn’t even touch it, the woman in reception gave me her personal wifi the only positive thing but I had to stay in the hall from 5pm until midnight to use it, the breakfast that I paid was a joke, the toaster doesn’t work so you can eat bread with old bananas. The security guy was really nice and helpful.

This is a run down motel. Rooms are old with roaches all over. Bathroom is old. The room doors are old with physical key to enter.

Close to supermarket, food outlets, bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The wifi was down when i was there and one lady let me hotspot to her phone so i could contact my wife and let her know I had arrived safely. Lovely pool area. very basic breakfast. Room clean but rundown bed linens and towels had holes in. Noisy rooms near the supermarket. Overall you get what you pay for.

Garden

There was no trolly available to wheel our language to our room as they had broken wheel but the security managed to transport to our room with some help ,no space to store our frozen parcel as we were travelling overseas the next morning so had to find another storage close by .the hotel should consider people’s needs as it’s to much hassle if the customers have to run around and organising a bigger chiller would be really appreciated.

I stayed here for one night at the beginning of my trip and one night at the end. Was okay for a one night stay but won't stay again. The shower in my second room was very moldy and I couldn't get the door closed meaning the water sprayed onto the floor. The sheets and pillows were very aged and didn't look clean. Noisy resort on the weekends

If you're overnighting and just need a comfortable bed and hot shower this would be a decent place.

Bathtub was looking dirty and worn out and water force in the shower was very low otherwise good.
