Comfortable stay

2 night stay nice comfortable warm room but hot water could have been a lot hotter in shower TV in wrong position to watch from bed - too far away ! Good location for eateries

Great quick check in. We were just staying one night on the way to Tullamarine airport in Melbourne. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Bloomin' luxury with the electric blanket as it was a chilly day! The view was lovely and we also appreciated the blinds at night time. I didn't indulge in the hot tub but it was extremely tempting! We loved the easy walking proximity to resturants and shopping. Desi Vibes fed us amazing Indian cuisine. We would love to return and explore more of Ballarat.

Nothing to complain about. I arrived very late and walked in the door to find the heater in , my room was lovely and warm and cosy and the electric blanket had been switched on so my bed was lovely and warm to crawl into. What more can one ask for. Great service thank you so much Would highly recommend!!

One room light was broken and toilet seat was also broken. However good value and very clean and comfortable

Had a disabled person and was put in first floor asked if possible to be put in ground floor no was the answer so son and I had too lift 83 year old mother up stairs

My wife has difficulty climbing stairs. We were given a downstairs unit for our second night.

This was a great place to stay in a really convenient location close to restaurants. Huge room, really well appointed, fabulous bathroom. Only negative is that all the windows were filthy and various parts of the room were dusty. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Check in was easy (didn’t see any staff the whole time I was there). I felt secure in the room and it was easy to park. Given it’s location it was really quiet. I really liked that there was cutlery provided, it really helped me with both dinner and breakfast!

Pros - The room was great, spacious with a couch and table. Bathroom was big and clean. Con’s - dirty ashtray on the veranda. Advertise laundry facilities, couldn’t provide change to use the machines

Rooms are large and very clean. Staff are very helpful.

Nice and quiet

Friendly and accommodating staff who are great with communication. Room was really pleasant to stay in - air conditioning made the 36° day last week actually bearable, the room was way bigger than I thought it would be, the windows let in a lot of natural light which was really nice, the bed was really comfortable to sleep in, I had a large desk with a lamp that I could utilise and a large kitchen table with comfortable chairs was better quality than most places I have stayed at. Really liked the place and felt welcomed and greatful to the kindness of the staff for being so accomidating towards me and my multiple extensions stays

Was a good stay. Nice clean room, with above average TV size. Spa bath in bathroom which is a bonus for the affordable rate. 👍

I booked this hotel for the pool and the pool was out of order. Had no notification prior to booking otherwise I would of booked elsewhere

Nice rooms, kind and accommodating staff, good location

The staff are really kind, approachable and accommodating to individuals and their circumstances. The flexibility in their approach to customers and allowing for things like late check ins after reception is closed is noted and appreciated. An online chat support option exists to assist those with questions/help needed who are apprehensive or unable to safely talk on the phone at that moment so can't do it themself but that person on the chat box helping you actually calls the reception on your behalf to make arrangements or answer your questions! I was so surprised and so greatful at the consideration and convenience of that unique option provided by Comfort Inn that I've not come across before at other venues.

Was an amazing trip. Bed was quite hard but the room was very clean and welcoming.

Large comfortable room but smelt dusty. We booked this motel as has pool but discovered pool not open. Very disappointing on a hot few days!

The good and the bad of this accommodation. The room and ensuite was huge. Bed was comfy. Parking was great, always found a spot. The greyish sheets could have been whiter and the towels softer. The shower was over a spa, very tricky getting in as we are older. The windows were filthy and mold on the flyscreen. The curtains had holes and were falling off the hooks. The rooms are desperate for a bit of TLC.

The pool was out of order, no notification prior to stay and staff very vague about why! Overall nice enough, very basic facilities in need of updates.

We were very happy with the spacious room. Everything we needed in a convenient area.

The pictures description was something different in a bad way, it was unclean, noisy the managers kids were playing on their bikes behind cars. The room was not ready on my arrival after 2 pm. It was difficult to park the car undercover cramped knocking doors on the car next to you or the illars if the building. Mainly the rooms where old worn out bd furniture broken.

Great convenient friendly place to stay

Check in was easy, the staff were friendly however I was disappointed that the selling points for which I chose this establishment were unavailable. After a really long drive I was looking forward to the spa bath which after filling the bath found the spa didn't work, went to order breakfast at 7pm for the next morning per their webpage (that said order before 8pm) and was told it was unavailable as they weren't doing it anymore the cherry on the cake was bedtime when we our 3 year old opened the door and took off because the door chain was missing, the latch was there but the chain wasn't had to baracade the door with chairs to keep our son in. Other than those few things it was good, though we did find in the morning a beer bottle perched on our trailer and signs someone had been climbing in our classic car.
