The bathroom was remodeled so was nice. The bed was horrible, soft, brokedown. Room soon on clean. Didn't smell so nice. The outside needed maintenance and garbage laying against the building outside. Wished I would have taken a place at chain hotel.

The vending machines didn't work, laundry didn't work, drunk guests were fighting in hallways and management did nothing about it

It had no coffee in room but did have coffee in lobby 24 hrs and it tasted like that!! The room was ok but the bed was uncomfortable. No room for anything in the bathroom because the vanity was so little and had a big vessel sink.

Rooms smelled very musty. Our car was broken into in the parking lot.

We enjoyed everything about this motel. Really nice!

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and after i got home each time, i found bed bugs at home in my bed. Everything was ok but the whole bed bugs thing is not. I never saw any and I checked the bed before sleeping in it. But low and behold, they showed up at my house again after my 1 night stay here.

the a/c and heater need to be updated and fixed.

The motel is being upgraded with new amenities. But it has a way to go before you can call it a three-star motel. The one thing I was very disappointed with was the WiFi. It did not work at all.

The microwave oven in 312 did not work. The placement of the extension cord was not terribly safe. The bed was comfortable and the new bathroom was attractive.

Second floors rooms were being remodeled during the stay. The 3rd flr facing East is best away as it faces away from the street traffic. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The 3rd flr room was nice appeared brand new.

This hotel, while having been renovated, lacks many features that would make your stay more enjoyable. The website mentions blow dryers in every room; I didn't pack one for this purpose, but our King room did not have one; rather, there was a place on the wall where the paint color was different, where one should have been. There was no mattress pad on our bed, and the pillows were encased in plastic, so they crinkled every time you moved. The furniture in the sitting area of our room was worn and badly stained, and the entire hotel felt very humid; so much so that the carpet in our room felt damp. It was still damp in the morning despite running the AC all night. The top step on the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor was loose and slanted back towards the main floor, which could certainly be a fall risk for someone older.

Staff takes care of business and makes your stay a good experience. Breakfast is free and is excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice motel for the price. Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, but needed a little detail cleaning(a little dirt in the corners)Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was GREAT!!!! The only minor inconvenience was that the ice machine was on the first floor and we were on the third,but that was no biggie. Would stay there again.
