Our stay was better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in our suite; we had room for all of us to spread out. The price was fantastic, as was the food. We opted to stay in our room for dinner and a movie. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Night facilities, however Casino area wreaked of cigarette smoke. There is not a No Smoking area and poor ventilation. The food was okay, nothing fancy but reasonably priced. Big complaint was people in there gambling with pet not on a leash.

Lovely stay at Osage Ponca city. Very friendly staff! The room was beautiful! The cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the casino area. Very nice pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. There was some technical issue getting my room key, but the woman at the front was very reassuring and brought the key to me when it was fixed. The hotel room was a little outdated, but I still enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back! Thank you for making the stay peaceful.

The hotel and property was fine. Front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating and not at all considerate of the customer client. When mentioned I use the Expedia hotel app be response was we don't deal with any of that just show your ID I put the reservation in my sister's name and my sister was 2 hours out of state so we were sitting there waiting because we paid for the room and we're going to show our ID to check the room and get it ready and put in a gift basket or welcome basket and the reservation clerk hotel clerk was not helpful at all refused and just said I cannot help you you have to wait for your relative to get here to show her ID even though we were the ones who had made the reservation for her and paid for everything. When my sister got there they didn't have the room ready they said they didn't have a key which was very ridiculous seeing as how the keys are all digital cards and told her to come back in the room was not ready so I don't know what that nonsense was about it was absolutely horrible after her long travel of 2 to 3-hour trip to get there. upon going into town to wait and go to the store she said they finally called her and then when she got there they wouldn't give her the key until she gave them $50 when I made the reservation online I assumed I had covered all charges it was the most ridiculous and horrible hotel experience for my sister she had just got out of the hospital that day and traveled 3 hours to come perform my daughter's weddin

I had a double “queen” room. Those beds were full size at best and hard as rocks. It would’ve been more comfortable on the floor. The place reeks of smoke even though there are no smoking signs all over. If you want cup of orange juice and a bagel or chocolate muffin for breakfast, this place is for you. The pool is 3 ft deep and full of bugs. No one could be found to take our order in the restaurant. So we finally left. I was really disappointed with our stay.

Took a weekend with my best friend at Osage Casino and we were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff dropped in on us while we were by the pool to see if they could get us anything and were friendly and warm. We had dinner in the bar and it was delicious. Our breakfast was hot and a good selection. The coffee was always fresh. Our beds were firm and we had full-sized pillows, not the weird little squares so many other places have. The only downside to our adventure was the water pressure in the shower. It was lacking. You can’t win them all! We will definitely be back. Osage Casino was a jewel.

They place a $50 hold for incidentals upon registration, however they keep it fo 7 to 10 days after checkout and blame evetone else including Expedia for not returning it in a timely manner (24 to 48 hours) upon checkout.

Poop on bathroom wall boogers on floor smelled of illegal substances Asked me to leave my dirty room so they could clean it up and at that point the cleanliness integrity of the room was compromised. Nothing else was done or said not even an apology. The phone didn’t work and the light bulbs were all burnt out. Had lots of black paint handprints on furniture.

Expedia did not book the room! We had to scramble to find a room at another hotel. Not impressed!

I wish I could have taken this hotel with me on my other stops for my recent vacation. Osage was better than hotels I've stayed in while visiting Vegas - you absolutely cannot beat the value. Everything from check in to check out way beyond perfect. The room was huge and so incredibly clean. Everything you could need and honestly, I didn't want to leave. Not to mention, an amazing free breakfast downstairs for hotel guests. I was so impressed with this stay...I wish I could give it more stars!

Booked a 2 night stay and had a family emergency and outstay the 2nd night. To get out of the 2nd night it was going to cost more than the room cost. Location wouldn’t work with us. Also, they need to remeasure their queen beds. They were full size at best. Won’t go back or recommend to anyone.

This is a cute little hotel/casino. The staff here is great and the rooms are very nice. It’s first ever casino hotel I’ve stayed in that provides complimentary breakfast for their guests. We would stay here again!

Comfortable and clean

This is a brief summary of a long story. When checking in the male employee (Giavonni?) told my wife that although we had reservations, there were no rooms available and that he was not going to check us in. She tried to engage him for discussion and he said the reservation was in my name and he would not speak to her. I was standing about 10 feet away loading our luggage on a cart and he knew we were together! I then approached the desk and he bruskley asked for my ID and credit card and without any other discussion he handed me cards to a room. More to the story but the employee acted as if he had a mental affliction and was very rude.

We had picked pay at property thru expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation. Luckily they had rooms and were able to give us a room. So if using expedia I would pay thru expedia from now on. Would have been horrible to arrive and not have a room.
