Average hotel. Comfortable beds and a good size room and balcony. Quite odd to have no balcony furntiure or a fridge in the rooms and dated tv, air conditioning etc - not exactly 4 star!
Nice small terrace but hot tub wasnt available. Dissapointing! Bar closes before midnight, againdissapointing and not in line with being a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff were helpful.

A very comfortable stay, though the aircon wasnt particularly effective. The stay was spoilt a little by being charged €10 euros for 2 small coffees which were not particularly great.

Not directly located in the inner city. But very comfortable to reach by car. Parking direct in front of the hotel without extra payment. A 20 minute walk downtown or at the beach was no problem for us. Taxi from downtown to the hotel costs less than 10 €. Fantastic park only a few minutes away. To discover San Sebastian and the region a great / perfect location.

Really pleasant stay in a hotel located in a quiet residential area a bit of a walk out of town (walking into town took about 30 minutes downhill).

The area where the hotel is located is a residential area, so there is no many options for dinning as such not many options for transportation if you are going to the city center and tourist attractions, only option is to take a cab

Hotel told me (twice) that I had no booking so I made a second one and then they charged me for both. Staff service poor and manager would not meet with me to discuss.
Also came back to room one afternoon and room door left wide open by housekeeping who never came back.

This is a nice hotel. Good price, big room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's about a 10 minute taxi ride to the main attractions.

Stayed here before. Needed to change my room and staff were very helpful and efficient about it. Main breakfast room a little expensive but good food. There is a nice cafe/bar in the reception where you can get a good snack if you want a lighter breakfast

It's in a quiet locale. The room was decent sized and provided robes and slippers. However the toiletries are lacking in quality (single gel for shower, bath and hair?!) The toilet paper comes in single sheets. They don't have all the pillows when you ask for them and the wifi is atrocious.

Amenities & comfort were very disappointing for the price I paid was not comfortable not clean enough, the price was quite high so my expectations were high too but was really disappointed

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet unfortunately was underwhelming, I would suggest making you way into city for breakfast. The hot tub is closed so did not get to utilize. The hotel is a 30 mins walk from the city. Or 10 mins bus ride, bus stops are 3 mins walk, which is very convenient. Two suggestions for the hotel is to have a better stocked first aid kit and outdoor chairs for the balcony (so guests can enjoy the outdoor space they are paying extra for). Overall we were pleased with our experience and would return here.

Clean and comfortable room. Soundproofing with adjoining rooms not great. Good breakfast spread. Free on-site parking. Easy 20 mins downhill walk to the seafront. Helpful staff

For us all worked pretty well. We got exercise while walking through the steps to old city where beautiful and nice food/shopping. Great beach. Outdoor bath tube was unfortunately off. Breakfast expensive but okay.

Great for a stay in San Sebastian if you are driving and need easy parking!
Really nice hotel staff (very helpful and friendly check in). Location for us was ideal as needed parking and didn't mind the 25min walk into old town.

It's a nice hotel in a quiet area of San Sebastian. It's a walkable distance until the beach (around half an hour) but you need to remember that the hotel is on the hill so it will require efforts to return :) You would also need to keep in mind that there is a limited number of parking places so you might need to order a paid parking or spend some time for looking for a parking slot around.

We arrived around 6.30 pm, time some go out and need taxi or infos and others check in with added time needed due to covid and there was just one person taking care of all this!!! Created waiting time, should not be the case.

It is 1.15 am. The people in the toom above are banging and shouting. There is nobody on duty to complain to. The website was misleading. The hotel is much further away from the beaches and restaurants than described. We could not get a drink at 10 pm as the hotel bar was closed.The roof terrace and other public areas were closed and our room was very basic.I have never left a negative review on hotels.com but this is not good enough.

We chose this hotel because they claimed to have parking. They do but not enough and at times we had to find parking elsewhere. We arrived on the January 1st, and they did not have food service. We asked about food elsewhere and could not provide information. The receptionist told us to order a pizza and then shrugged his shoulders. Hotel is on far away from the city center on a hill and it is not easy to get uphill with public transportation. The toilet paper in the bathroom was horrible. They hand tissues instead of rolls of paper. This hotel is not a 4 star. On a good day, it may be a 2.

We wanted a hotel not right in the city centre, but easily able to walk to the city centre. This was perfect. The reception, bar and restaurant staff made our stay in this beautiful city even more special. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding
