My classmates and I came down for The Passion Play and stayed here. It was terrific! The owners were delightful and helpful. Nice breakfast bar too. Convienetly located. We’ll stay there again if we go back😊

Our stay here was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very comfortable and we can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in the area, mostly because this motel has a shuttle service right outside that takes you into town, this was very convenient. We will stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Our room was spacious and clean. We had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker.The room had an ironing board and a hair dryer. The towels were super thick. We had an upstairs room and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony.

The owners were amazing! They went out of there way to make sure I had a great experience. I was arriving very late and they made sure I had access to my room and checked on me! I felt like I was being looked after by family! The rooms may not be the most current, but extremely comfortable and the cleanest I've seen including hotels that are high-end chains and cost $200+ a night. I will absolutely be back!

The air conditioner in the room did not work very well. We went and bought an ice chest and filled it with ice and got a fan from the office and place the fan next to the ice to blow the cold air. Because this was July, it was HOT! The people that run, the motel are very nice very kind and very pleasant. They would have their way to help us and get us as comfortable as possible. The rooms are dated. It is old but clean.

First time staying here, the rooms were very clean! The customer service was also amazing! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and very sweet. The rooms are priced well. Will definitely be staying here again!

The motel is in a great spot! Sraff were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can sat, is about the shower. There was no bath mat or anything to keepfrom slipping. The shower bar was uo at the front if the shower, and with the forceful flow of water, my short self, would have drowned. negativething

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Property has a trolley stop which was convenient for traveling to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a crazy weekend in Eureka Springs at this hotel. We were woken in the middle of the night with tornado sirens, and the owner looked after all of us. Hotel was very biker friendly and kept supplies ready for us all the time.

Staff was very friendly and courteous!! The extra large pillows and bed was comfy!! Loved sitting outside on balcony!! Nice sitting area!! They even had towels for bikers!! And offered us to put our bikes under awning!!

We love staying at the Heritage Motel. We stay there every trip to Eureka Springs, which is about 3 times per year. Clean rooms, staff are amazing, and always have recommendations for something we haven't done yet!

Family owned and well taken care of. You can see they've made great efforts in renovation and are continuing to make improvements. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Owners are the most friendly people you can find. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location albeit little noisy as it’s next to major roadway but the hospitality more than make up for it.

Far from brand new, it has been updated nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located right on a busy corner, we were fearful the traffic noises would bother our sleep, but after 10pm, things were quiet all night. Breakfast was grab and go, but there was a nice selection of muffins, fruit (not just bananas and apples), breads, and cereals. There were hard boiled eggs for protein, but they weren't peeled so that took a bit longer to be ready to eat!

Room was behind main building on a dark bumpy road. Junk piled up everywhere on out side of building. Would not recommend to anyone!
