The staff is great, very helpful, friendly and welcoming but the systems seem to work against them. We went downstairs to grab food just to come back up to our room and discover that we had been locked out. I had to go to the front desk and our food was cold by the time that was solved. Also the dining credits did not apply properly so I was charged again and now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. The guests above us let a cooler drain onto our balcony for 12 hours, the fireplace in our room did not work, we had to pay for parking and the water park doesn’t really have a lot to offer. Overall the experience here is not worth the price you’ll pay.

It was an over all OKAY trip. We arrived after the check in time due to traffic and was told our room still was not ready and had to wait an hour so we went ahead and took the kids down to the indoor water park. I checked again after an hour and a half and was told our room has been ready and the room number and floor was completely different. Our bracelets would not let us into the room so we went back down to the front desk and spoke with a manager and he indeed said that was our room and fixed the bracelet issue. We get into the room and about 9:30 or so the kids are still a little restless due to the traveling and we received and noise complaint due to the floor below said we was too loud (the kids were playing) and “quiet time” was from 11:00pm to 07:00am so that definitely was hard to explain to the kids that they needed to lay down and relax after being in a car all day. Also everytime we stepped out on our balcony to hang up our wet clothes from the water park alls you can smell is marijuana. I get it may be legal in our state now but I feel the resort should have did better with keeping it out to a smoking area. (Every balcony has a no smoking sign)

Our family loved the water park! The staff were kind friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately our room wasn’t the greatest. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and the bathroom was very small. We really didn’t sleep well at all.

They couldn’t find my reservation. Then they were suppose to contact me when my room was ready, they didn’t. Then I get up to a coffee pot full of coffee grounds and unable to use. On top of that I was placed in a room that had extremely loud air conditioners outside my room & my sight was a garbage dump. I will never stay there again.

The bathroom smelled like rotten wet towels and was filthy. The pullout had dirty sheets when we opened it up. The walls and floors are super thin. We had to make noise complaints. The water park was nice.

The hotel room was big and clean. The water park was not enjoyable for two adults and two older teens. They felt too big to ride the slides or use the pool. It is very loud with tons of running, screaming, and crying. If you have tiny children and don’t mind the mad chaos, this is the place for you.

The start was great. The place was clean and comfortable and the staff was really nice. The only problem we had was it kept charging my card authorization fees, total amount of about $575. They would just tell me it's an authorization charge it'll all come back to you. If it was my bank account i would've been screwed!!!
Also there is a charge for parking....$15 a day.

The check in took almost a half hour. It was very disorganized. The room itself was okay. The best were disgusting. They offered no sort of compensation. It was not a good experience what so ever.

The room and carpeting was older. The beds were comfortable. The microwave and ice machine was a floor and hike away. Your prices are very steep. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly.
