Good value good quality hotel during a busy weekend in Annecy with a very convenient location. Optional breakfast was okay. Otherwise all good.

Lovely little hotel. Easy access to centre of old Annecy and lake, transport links and parking . Staff are great. Will stay again

Hotel is very good for the price, clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast available for en extra charge but was worth it. Good location in the centre and close walk to old town and lake. Lots of good take out and restaurants close by too. Close to rail and bus transport if needed as well. I would stay again. One small note it has a very small elevator that does not go to twork he top floor, but no issue for me.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central, close to the railway station, nearby cafes and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We were shown where to park and the hotel subsidize the night hours parking. Friendly staff. Hotel a bit out-dated but clean and comfortable bed.

This is a cute hotel with nice proprietors. Our room was large (#140) and had everything we needed. We opted to not have breakfast as we were headed for a long drive. Only stayed one night.

Very friendly, modern interior and decor touches are lovely. 2 min walk to the annecy train station and close to everything. Very happy and will stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, the location is perfect to explore the entire town, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The location was very good for us being near the bus and train stations. It was also within easy walking distance of the lake and the old town.

The location was great, good service, the breakfast was really good, clean and beautiful. The only downside was the size of the room, super tiny I barely was able to leave my suitcase open. Perfect hotel for 1 night, no more than that or it will be uncomfortable for the lack of space.

The hotel is very good location just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Easy to go anywhere only short distance walk. And so many restaurants cafe bar and breakfast shop around there. The room is cosy and very clean for one person is ok but a little bit small for 2 people. The mattress is too soft that’s the only thing I don’t like. Staff are very helpful. I will definitely recommend it!

You have to climb the stairs to reception but there is a lift to the levels above. Room was small as was toilet and shower room but not too small in my opinion. The best feature is the fact that it still has the old wooden shutters and a sliding window of perspex to keep the noise out followed by a normal window which meant the room was quiet. The corridor was also quiet even though the hotel was full. I think it had floor covering to dampen the noise. I really loved this hotel.

Fairly simple hotel, clean and comfortable although a bit dated and worn in places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for walking around Annecy. Not fancy but a good value.

Perfect location in Annecy, just steps from the train station and a few minutes from the water. The room was perfect for us and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

I stayed two days with my parents on April. When we arrived, we were shocked because there was only very steep stair to go to the reception (reception was 2nd floor, and has no elevator...) but, all staff help us by handling our heavy bidbig carrier. Also the room was not that new, but very clean and enough spacious for us. In addition, all staff were very kind and let us know good restaurant in Annecy. Breakfast which has to pay 9 euro per person, was also good enough for us! Thanks for everything!

The staff was not extremely friendly, but it was a nice place to stay for two nights.
