You can see that the hotel is rather old but well-maintained. Loved the breakfast, slept well, everything was clean, the bar and food were alright. There are some decent restaurants around -- loved the Vietnamese place nearby. Nice pools and access to the sea. Cheaper than nearby alternatives. The things I hated though are the lack of power sockets near the bed and some noise from the fridge. But otherwise great value for money!

We loved our stay! Great choice at breakfast and the pools were fabulous. Added bonus from our room was watching the evening entertainment in my pjs from the balcony!

View great from balcony but bathroom a bit dated although clean. Air con very noisy and wouldnt work on low fan but only stayed one night. Arramged late checkout for 12 but got a call from reception at 11.15 to ask why mot checked out. Explained had arranged late check out. 10 minutes later cleaner knocked then without waiting for answer opened room door even though do not disturb sign on door. Not happy with that as one person was in shower and i had to geab a towel as she opened door. No apology from her. It's a good location but some staff need a bit of client care training. Older waiter at breakfast good and went out of his way to find us a table at breakfast as very crowded.

I only stayed one night so didn’t use as many facilities as I might normally, I came across Mario in reception who was very polite and accommodating.

The Hotel was lovely, very clean and the majority of staff were friendly and helpful.
There are certain areas that are looking tired and needs some work doing to them, but we understand money isn't readily available to get these done because of Covid!
We did throughly enjoy our stay and would definitely come back.

Check in took an hour they could not find my booking. Only one reception staff do no one to get bags from car. Breakfast was grim.

Great value for money upon returning to this hotel.
Clean room, small en-suite, everything you need in the room. There was even a fruit bowl and a bottle of wine left for our arrival.
They do charge extra for tea & coffee refills though.
The indoor pool was great, but the jacuzzi has been broken for a long time (we have visited many times).
Definitely worth a stay.

The location of the hotel and sea views are spectacular. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The pool area and the beach are fantastic. Two things that stopped me from giving it 5 starts all around are: 1) no plugs to charge phones next to the bed, 2) housekeeping did not sweep/wash the floors when tidying up the room.

Nice swimming directly in the Mediterranean sea. Good food and view in the ICON across the street. Friendly staff. Only the hairdryers very difficult to find: put it in the bathroom!

The room I stayed was old and need updates. The room is very spacious but need some upgrades, there was no outlets in the room to plug for charging my phone. There where one near by the door entrance and was very inconvenient. Otherwise the view from the balcony was spectacular.

We stayed at this hotel after getting off a Cruise Cruise ship. It was a beautiful location located right on the ocean. The rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. I wish we had been able to stay for more than just the one night that we had.

Thank you to the staff as we had a wedding to get to and they made sure to get us checked in quickly! Also, we left a key behind and they helped us to locate it and send it back to us. The rooms were quiet and breakfast was good. Thank you for a quick stay at your property!

The room we got was not the room booked. Only after a large number of complaints to the hotel employees they change our room only a day later in the evening. So we spent the first evening in a very small, dirty room, which is not suitable for sleeping. In general, the hotel is not worth the amount we paid for it. The meal at the hotel was not good at all, there was not a large selection. Very disappointing we will not return to the hotel

The appearance of the hotel was amazing, a lot nicer than we expected. With many pool options, including an adult only pool, and lots of sun lounges either in the sun or in the shade. However, the staff were miserable and sometimes rude which made the stay less enjoyable. Housekeeping was terrible, our tea and coffee wasn't replaced daily and since you had to pay 3 euro to replace them it was pretty crap. Plus they removed the utensils and didn't replace them and one day we returned to find all our towels had been removed and not replaced. We had to ask twice to get the towels and couldn't shower for several hours while we waited for them (plus deal with the rude staff). On top, there was scum around the taps. This could have been an amazing place to stay, but the staff really ruined it.

Property has very good pool area. Bar area was very good, food, drinks & friendliness. Room was clean. Negative is having no iron in the room. You have to ask for a iron on reception & take to a ironing room, then bring back the hot iron to reception!. I had a 12 night stay. Music played 6 nights in the week till late. Our room was in front of the lift!. Noise is heard regularly. Other than that the rest is fine.

Clean, spacious reception, helpful efficient staff, rooms good sized, bathrooms a little small but not an issue, comfortable beds and great sea view, so worth the extra money! Breakfast was good, bar drinks nice and nice launches available at pool bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I had a good experience at my stay. The only perhaps complain is the early closure of the swimming pools at 6 o'clock, when the sun is till shining and the weather not too hot. I think the opening hours should extend to 8 o'clock,

Great stay in Limassol on the water. Excellent value. Was surprised this hotel was as luxurious as it was. More of a resort than I expected based on the price . Very quiet despite its city location. Nice that there are adult & children's pools and they are in separate areas and a tennis court.
Also loungers by the sea walk and outdoor bars. Excellent breakfast buffet. Pleasant front office staff. Will definitely stay again.

Room was fine, and clean though dated, no USB sockets. The tv only had 1 english channel that wasnt a news channel and couldnt bluetooth the ipad etc to the tv to watch movies

the room was so disgusting with lots of dust the floor was not clean,they dont do house keeping every day!!!!
i asked for charger adapter they send it to me with bill,they charge me for it!
the bar restaurant is the best staff and food other than that is not recommended at all
this is the first time i have seen deep fried eggs with the same oil for all guests during the breakfast time!
