Good hotel and probably the best breakfast choice we have seen

The view is amazing and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is of very high standard as well

1st: There is no such hotel You offered me to book ! It called whatever but not Astoria Grand Hotel.2nd: It is impossible to fine but just by Sherlock or chance - the building named Continental, other buildings other labels and reception not labeled at all and located other building next to the street3rd: Key of the room not labeled or packed in room name hotel etc, Ther is no indication of the facilities where offered by Expedia - no any spa or whatever 4th: The room is without window but a slot with a bar ! Not possible to close the light from it etc5th: The bad are worst i ever stay d in a hotel in my life , it is not twin but two separate and the pillows are the bags with plastic balls.

Hotel is pretty. EVERYTHING is an upcharge. Price on orbitz was for only two people. We were charged for our son. The beach is not sand. Rocks and concrete. Hot tub is an upcharge. Room did not get cool at night. Town was very nice.

Great location. A bit worn looking. Nice sea view from balcony room.. Pool was small and not aesthetically situated.

They just startedup royal beach and the staff was confused and the routine wasn't there. They had run out of a lot of things in the bar we liked the place and the city very much! We added two more nights just because the beach area and the lovely city. Good to know is that sunchairs cost 30 euro/day and pair. And parking 20 euro/ day

The hotel is run down. Gross stains on the carpet in our rooms and in the hallway. Our bed had a stain down the side of it to the carpet. Chairs in the dining room are worn and ripped. The a/c in the rooms is not good. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms only in the lobby. Everyday we would go and bring this to the attention of the front desk and they would say look! it's working! Because right in front of the front desk is the only place it works. As soon as you turn around and go upsatairs goodbye wifi.

Istria in Croatia, it’s almost like Riviera, only much better

Airconditioning is weak, wifi is terrible. other then that a nice stay.

Also they charge for parking. Internet connection not so goid. Location quite clean nice

We reservated sea view, but we got Window 60x60 cm. Thats not sea view for me!!! We couldnt have changed the room eventhough we asked to change it immediately.

We stayed in this hotel along with another couple for 4 nights. The hotel is lovely situated ( although it was a bit confusing when we arrived - did not realize at the time of booking that standard room are not situated in the main building). The hotel also serves very good breakfast. However, the rooms, specifically bathrooms in both rooms were not cleaned properly, particularly what one would expect for a 4-star hotel. Apart from this, lack of WiFi in the rooms is nuisance, and you have to use an Ethernet cable, which the receptionist provided us with. We returned the cable upon the check out (not sure whether the other couple did), only to realize later that the receptionist has charged us for two cables, regardless of the fact that we took only one and returned it. We also realized that that we were charged for the UK-European adapter, which they offered to us at a main reception, after us inquiring about the shops where it could be purchased. The adapter was also returned to them. Finally, we found that parking is quite expensive. The guests should at least be made aware of the price range for parking at the time of booking.

The property was very nice, with a beautiful view.Our room was small and basic. We had a standard room, perhaps the superior rooms would be better.
