This hotel is quite old, and while I would like to say everything was great, that was not the case. My experience began on a sour note with the front desk. The clerk was not friendly or inviting; in fact, she was quite rude when welcoming me. Rather than acknowledging my greeting of "good afternoon" and asking how I was, she simply demanded that I state how she could help me. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this interaction left a poor impression. I understand I arrived 30 minutes before check-in, but her response felt unnecessary.
Although the atmosphere improved later, the initial impression was disappointing. The hotel, while seemingly well-kept, showed its age with areas that were not clean. Our sheets had unsightly stains, the shower was moldy, and the floors were dirty. On a positive note, the location was excellent, and there was good parking available.

The breakfast was very limited. The toilets were different and could not flush twice without having to wait for a while.

The room had a musty smell at first from air not circulating much, but after running a/c a bit it went away.

We liked that it was quiet, convenient on/off freeway accessibility.
The only negative was breakfast ended at 8 a.m.? In all the hotels I've been at weekdays it has at least gone until 9/9:30. Even McDonalds ends at 10:30!

Clean room, had a weird smell to it but I find that at a lot of hotels honestly. Can hear through the walls as well. Whoever was above me, I could hear them walking. Other than that, very clean and affordable. Easy checkin. And out

The price for the rooms does not match the quality. Rooms were just okay visually, beds were comfy but bed skirts were dirty/stained. Carpet was gross and bathtub was dirty. Hot tub doesn’t get hot. Check out was so-so, still waiting on charges to be corrected. Definitely not as good as other reviews stated and would not stay here again especially for the cost.

We called prior to booking to confirm the pool and hot tub both worked and were told it did. We arrived only to be told it didn't. They then dug out bricks from the pool and turned on hot tub and after 4 or so hours it was warm enough to get in it. Unfortunately, that was the last time they turned it on during our entire stay. They cooked about $3 worth of breakfast each morning and their staff ate it all by well before 8am so never got to enjoy that either. By far worst hotel stay ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We arrived too late for breakfast one morning, but Patsy found us muffins to take back to our room. She was so nice and helpful. Said she’d been working at the hotel for 18 years!

One towel was dirty, another was worn thin in spots. Phone didn’t work. People above us were so noisy both nights. Someone even went to join the second night.

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. During weekday breakfast is only served until 800 am. We didn’t know about it, went at 815 and it was all put away.. very disappointing

Rooms were spacious and clean and the front desk staff and breakfast area lady were all very friendly and helpful. I am a light sleeper and the rooms were pretty soundproof.

The areas of remodel seemed sloppy. The laminate flooring was not secured to the floor. The shower enclosure poorly installed the bedding didn’t fit the bed. The Christmas stuff was dusty and old. The breakfast was not sufficient for the crowd. Overall, Not a good experience.

We had 3 rooms. One room had hair all over the toilet seat, 2nd room the toilet ran all night and the bathroom door wouldn't close, 3rd room had a big cockroach on the floor. All 3 rooms smelled like feet. Carpet in rooms and on the open stairwell stairs was filthy. Will not stay at a BW Plus ever again.

Room 316 was spacious and quiet. Two things that I notice and I am not a picky guest. The pillows were too soft for me, and the carpet wasn't cleaned enough. Other than that, I will return. Breakfast was good and the coffee selection was awesome!

I read some of the reviews on this site... I do understand the comment on the flood light in the parking light some- one wrote about and while the place is clean, there is an odor and the is showing it's age. So, the big question is, would I come back and stay here... yes, I would.

Everyone was nice especially at breakfast. But the grounds had trash around laying and the pool had trash in the pool.

The only negative thing I could say, the shower soap dispenser was very low and hard too use. I just used the sink soap bar no biggie.
