Quiet, comfortable characterful property.

A very welcoming hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfasts are cooked to order and are wonderful, with excellent ingredients, The general standard of cleanliness was also very high. And of course it was only a 5 minute walk into the town centre, The decent car park was also a bonus,

Friendly and attentive staff, good beer and food, nice and close to town centre with easy access to roads for those days out.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and so helpful. It’s in a very convenient position for the town and there is parking. It is very clean but could do with a little updating particularly carpets.

We made a mistake with the room and booked a compacted double ( to small) but apart from that everything else was fine we had a great time staff very friendly even when it came to clearing up after pidgeons

Had a great stay here for a long weekend with our dog. Room very spacious with comfortable bed, staff were very friendly, good car parking and so close to the centre of town - literally just a few minutes walk to all attractions, pubs, shops, cafes etc - would definitely recommend!

Cosy and friendly atmosphere in quiet location but close to town centre.

Lovely atmospheric old hotel . Had a lovely , clean and comfy bed. Very convenient to town centre. Dining menu was good with a fair amount of choice. Also included was a great breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again .

Lovely room in a lovely hotel. Only downside was that there was no pole to put the blinds down on the skylights - for one of them I had to stand on a chair and the other wouldn't close properly because of a vent going through the window. As we were there in the height of summer it got light very early which made it difficult for us to get a full night's sleep. Oh and a notice on the low beam would be great - I narrowly missed banging my head a few times and I'm only small! Otherwise a charming place.

Wonderful stay. Lovely quaint hotel, service was excellent. The hotel is 5 mins from town centre with the value added of free parking. Bar, restaurant and outdoor area were really welcoming. Would definately recommend and look forward to going back.

Lovely historic building with cosy bar and dining room. Great food. Room clean and well presented. Short, easy walk into Cirencester town centre. Large car park directly behind hotel. All the staff were excellent, they were friendly and professional at all times. We will definitely be going back.

Nice hotel and location I booked a double room but got a twin room which was really poky and tired Might be because Expedia got the booking wrong but either way I got a room I didn't want

we had a wonderful two night stay at the Corinium. from the moment we stepped through the door the staff were excellent, polite, helpful and welcoming. We had the four poster room on the top floor which was a delight. a large very comfortable four post bed in room full of character with original beams, warm and cosy. A nice bathroom with big bath and shower etc. TV and coffee & Tea. 10/10 for roomthe bar area was again great, a mixture of guests and customers with traditional fire place, the dining room was clean, inviting but again full of character. we didn't have our evening meal in the hotel as we wanted to take advantage of the multitude of brilliant local restaurants on offer.......but the breakfast, fantastic. a good choice of " appetisers" , i had fresh fruit salad, the wife yogurt and seeds. followed by an top drawer full English one day and salmon with scrambled eggs , eggs Benedict for the wife and porridge. all accompanied with Coffee, tea and toast (re-fills always offered). overall.....I would definitely use this hotel again again if visiting the lovely town of Cirencester. The staff are amazing and the hotel great. A visit that is file away in the "happy & great times" memory bank. Thankyou to all at the Corinium.
