Very convenient to walk Lucerne just on the edge of old town

Staff was excellent. Front desk was welcoming and when we asked where to buy a plug converter they loaned us a couple for three days. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the staff was always around filling things up, tidying etc. Room was clean with a nice balcony and a view of the river, bridges, mountains.

This is a great hotel to stay at with a view of the river and mountains! I loved having my balcony and being steps away from the main attractions in Lucerne. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to stay again!

Room was cery confortable same the bed. And clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff the man that welcomed us in reception was very explicative answering all our questions and more. Even helped with our need of the phone. Breakfast is super good!

Stayed in 5th floor with no ventilation and it was 90 degrees when we stayed. Very noisy outside and in the building, cant sleep with windows open.

Location close to town & a nice facility. We were surprised by the large size of our room (slept 4) and that it had a terrace overlooking the river. Comfortable mattress, strong water pressure and nice breakfast included. Highly recommend!

Good location. Walking distance to major attractions. By the river. The receptionist was amazing and clearly outlined the walking tour area in a map provided by them.
Breakfast was scrumptious and had multiple options.
Room was cute.No AC but there was a ceiling fan.
comfortable beds. Next to gastronomic center. Close to the train station and ferry station. The bus stop is close by and worth taking to the station, especially if you have luggage. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.

This property is great. The breakfast was fantastic & is included. We were there in the heat of August though. There is no air conditioning so it was a bit uncomfortable. We were on the backside without a view. This may or may not have been good without any sun or breeze off the river. It is a 20 minute walk to the lake to go swimming.Location is quit and not in the heart of the noice. City is beautiful.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Really good location, walking distance from the main sights. A bit far from the station if you have a lot of luggage but there's a convenient bus.the room we stayed at was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, super spacious with separate rooms for the kids! Very clean. Good breakfast and service overall.

The location and the staffs were excellent. Only issue was very hot weather without any air conditioning. Only ceiling fan was not enough.

Easy walking distance from the train station, a Coop store was a 2 min walk, as well as the famous bridges and old town area for exploring and dining.

The staff is very friendly, the property is conveniently located, close to the train station and old town. The room is good size. The breakfast was also good

Location was perfect. Slightly away from the main pedestrian area but literally 3min walk. The hotel was extremely quiet, beds were comfortable, loved the duvets. Bathroom only has shower but very large & water pressure was perfect. Room was cleaned daily, towels replaced. Breakfast was great with all food items very fresh & constantly replenished. Limited parking spots available so make sure you let them know if you have a car. No air conditioning but it was fine as you can keep window open at night that’s screened so no mosquitoes will come in & overhead fan was a bonus.
