The front desk lady she was rude the sooner I check in she was with a strong attitude The ways she answer look liked I was stupid Hotel ok but the services on the fri t desk bad

I booked and checked in online. The entire process was a breeze. I coordinated with Terry prior to my arrival. Terry is such a lovely woman. She went over and above her duties. She put me in a fabulous room on the first floor adjacent to the pool, which was a great surprise as my elderly mother has trouble walking.

Our stay was okay. It was clean except for the floor, which looked clean but our bare feet were black after walking on it. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly basic. It has everything we needed though minus breakfast & coffee.

We stayed here memorial day weekend and this place has a great location right down the road from the London Bridge and a lot of the tourist attractions. There’s a good restaurant right across the way that you can walk to also. It’s a very nice steakhouse.

Surfaces and wall headboards were filthy other than that is okay.

Right next to the river. Comfortable beds & great showers. Staff is amazing. Will come back. Remodeling still in progress.

I had stayed here twice now. The price was reasonable compared to others. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to the park and the bridge. But there was a lot of noise late at night from hotel guests next door or from the pool downstairs.

The hotel is under cinstruction...24 hours a day. The room above mine had work being done until around midnight...Horrible!!!

Beautiful

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the air conditioning unit worked well. The only inconvenience is that there are no ice machines. The front office will give a small bag if ice upon request. Other than that, the location is great and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s very close to the London bridge which is also very convenient.

I always feel welcome here . The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and courteous . The room is always in great shape and very comfortable.

Like the pool

I wanted to give a fair rating on the hotel. Price was wonderful at $69/night and the staff was extremely friendly. You can tell they are putting a lot of effort into revamping the hotel for sure. However my overall rating of 2 stars is because 1- the water pressure was TERRIBLE, 2- the hotel room was Dirty, the floors were not swept or vacuumed the bed sheets were dirty, we found a bug in the bed, the “fitted sheet” wasn’t a true fitted sheet and when it moved you can see the stained, yellow very gross mattress cover underneath. 3- finally when I was walking around I passed a room that the guests just left and the cleaning lady only changed the sheets and pillow cases and put the same exact blanket back on the bed… very gross. Like I said staff was very friendly but I will not be staying here again.

Dope place to stay!! Got a call one hour before closing time (9pm) to see if i was going to make it on time!??? Like who does that! They called to make sure we were aware of closing time, what to do if we got there after closing, who to speak to and where to go for our room keys. Truly the best customer service. Great staff, dope location, and they are remodeling. They actually care and are not just money hungry. Support this location, and enjoy!

Walls are paper thin could hear our neighbors up on night partying could hear every noise from the street definitely not staying again for the price

Sway is a vibe, in a fantastic way. Rooms are new, pool is clean and you cannot get a better location. The front desk person (I didn’t catch her name) was awesome and it is evident this property takes hospitality to the top. You might look at the pics and be like ‘ehhhh it’s a motel’ and it is. But you will not be disappointed.

Staff were attentive , and present. The distance to food places and the London Bridge was convenient!

Remodeled rooms a plus…even though outside grounds were still a work in-process. Great staff. Limited parking when rooms are fully filled.

Lake Havasu is a beautiful place to stay... Totally underestimated, would gave loved to have more than a one night stay.

I go there every month. It is always very clean which is what I look for. The staff are great and friendly. I met the owner and he listens to my comments. They room have been remodeled and are still remodeling the lobby and property to be modern and fresh.

Sway is a place to stay if your looking for cheap, affordabe, and comfort right in the heart of london bridge and the lake nearby. Though under renovation. It is still a great place to get your travel on in modern style

Would/Will return. The property is currently under renovation and possible new ownership. Lobby is unusable. The room was just fine. Nice big comfy bed and clean. Walking distance to London bridge.
