Overall nice stay

Wonderful customer service!!! We always stay here when we are in town visiting family.

It was clean. There was a mall across the street everything was walkable. The pool was a little cold, but the Jacuzzi was perfect.

The restroom is in desperate need of being updated - the shower was gross!

Baby cribs suck other than that its all good

So happy I booked a room here. I'm in the area every weekend and this is my first time staying here. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be coming back!

Paid extra for breakfast. Nothing special. We usually get free breakfast like that. Suggestion go stay at Embassy and have their breakfast in morning. Much better. And you serve yourself.

Everything was great...My intentions are to stay again with you on my next visit to california.

The hotel is ok - could definitely use some updating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but need some new pillows, mattresses and decor.

The lady at the front desk wasn't too familiar with the hotel since it seems that she was just covering for someone. I ended up getting a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king bed I booked. Check-in process was slow so I honestly didnt want to go and spend more time at the front desk trying to get a different room. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was fairly quiet. This time there was a loud family on top floor and also next door. Kids kept running around

Great hotel for the price. Will definitely be staying here again. I travel a lot for work and I stay in hotels every 2-3 weeks. I always try to stay at hotels that provide breakfast and I was very pleased with what offered at Hilton Garden Inn. Food was great but it was truly the service that impressed me. The lady that was serving the food was very polite and helpful. The gentlemen that was working in the area and charging was also very helpful. Them two were a great example of what amazing customer service should be like.

Never again will I go here they want to charge me a smoking feee when I didn’t even smoke in the damn room just cause it smelled like weed don’t mean you smoke in there did the fire alarms go off did the place get evacuated if you have a pack of cigs in ur room will they charge you too?

I liked the convenience of the location. Theres was lots of food and convenience shopping around this location. Many within walking distance. I was dissapointed with the quality of our room. The beds were not pillow top as advertised. Im not a picky sleeper but i could not get comfortable. The pillows sucked. They were too fluffy and not supportive at the same time. I was either craning my neck or deafened by the fluff of the down pillow. Worst night of sleep from the discomfort. The hotel pool was... hot. Like the jacuzzi. I understand its supposed to be heated but i didnt expect it to be a huge jacuzzi, we could only stay in it for a few minutes. And the pool room it was in was hot. Not relaxing at all. Just sweltering. When i approached the front desk about it the woman said yeah, its cause its indoors, and if we want a different pool experience we can go swim in the pool in the hilton next door, which was outdoor. Honestly for the rate we paid i expected the room to be nicer, or at least the bed to be comfortable. Next time we are in the area i am going with a different hotel brand. The quality was just not there.

Within 15 minutes to the airport, but still a quiet neighborhood with shopping and easy freeway access.

The customer service was 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, helpful, and really made the stay better. The room furniture and decor needs the be redone. It’s outdated and the price of the room a night should be lowered because of the outdated room decor/amenities

The room was great. The shower tile needs a little updating and the pillows were horrible but otherwise it was a huge room and the jetted tub was amazing.

Clean and mostly decent. Details have not been maintained. I side pool is useless if its still to cold to use. (And my kids swimin the ocean so this was COLD) Tub had no stopper and front desk could care less that my tinies couldnt bathe. Toilet ran every half hour (shut off to sleep) sound proofing was non existant. Heard guy above us pee on the hour...

Close to many restaurants, but rather noisy at night.
