Friendly, efficient staff. The room felt a bit dated for the price, no USB ports or English TV channels available. Soft mattress, I like to have a window open at night but the crisp outside was noisy in room 208. Hotel is in a super handy location close the the train and central Bus station and just a few minute walk to the central part of Leiden

Convenient near the town, canals and restaurants. A bit tricky to find the entrance if you drive. The restaurant was very good. Rarely you find a hotel or his caliber with a restaurant as good as this

Extremely well placed for eitheir going to the town center or central station for trains anywhere in holland.

Found dirt all over the back of the TV. I think the cleaning team have not inspected there for months went to reception and showed them the pictures Reception guys are great and friendly they apologised and quickly informed the cleaning team to put it right

Everything was ok, the suites could have some more extra for the value but it was spacious and convenient. The location was very central to Leiden and an easy walk to everywhere.

Access to Central station

Great location and easy parking our car. The room was very quiet. Nice lobby bar and restaurant with good food and normal pricing. The bed quality could be better but that is the only thing for improvement.

Due to road work it is almost impossible to reach hotel with car. Very confusing for new guests. Bed could have been more comfortable.

The hotel situated right opposite to the train station and travelers can easily reach the city centre where all the shops located. Room was clean and quiet at night, and the pillows are very comfortable which contribute greatly to a quality sleep.

the "open bathroom" was a bit odd since i was sharing with my son. so made showering a bit weird. Other than that, great place!

Very comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere, good area for games,excellent buffet breakfast. Shower a bit hard to work .Access will be improved when roads around station are finished.

Great hotel. I was worried about the noise, but it was super quiet, didn't hear a single train. Good breakfast buffet. Big room with nice tub/shower. I'd stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay in this hotel. Very conveniently located right next to the railway station. City centre within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet well organized, tasty food. Professional and kind service. We will definitely return again.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een handige locatie. Het is naast het centraal station en op loopafstand van de stad. Voor een stedentrip ideaal. Onze kamer bevond zich aan de achterkant van het gebouw. Het uitzicht was niks, maar het was 's nachts wel heel stil. Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar verder wel comfortabel. Jammer was dat in onze kamer de douche niet goed werkte (deze werd steeds koud). Receptie heeft wel gelijk gekeken en een andere kamer aangeboden, maar alles weer inpakken en verhuizen zagen wij zelf niet zitten voor 1 nacht. Het onderhoud in de kamer kan beter. De airconditioning werkte niet naar behoren (deze sloeg 's nachts steeds af en daardoor werd het erg benauwd in de kamer) en het lampje naast het bed was kapot. Daarnaast is het jammer dat als een extra bed in de kamer gezet wordt, dat dan niet een extra paar slippers of een extra glas neergezet wordt. Dat zijn kleine dingen die de ervaring net even wat beter zouden maken. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van diner of ontbijt in het hotel. Het ontbijt was € 17,50 p.p. maar wij waren eigenlijk alleen op zoek naar een kop koffie en croissantje. Het zou fijn zijn als dat ook een mogelijkheid zou zijn i.p.v. gelijk een heel ontbijtbuffet. Receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar met de mankementen in onze kamer had een drankje van het hotel of een kleine tegemoetkoming attent geweest. Al met al een prima verblijf voor een stedentrip waar je de kamer alleen gebruikt om in te slapen.
