Good stay

Comfortable room,clean,friendly staff and good food!

Nice hotel. Location was brilliant to access the beach and town centre and local restaurants. Not far from Bournemouth station either. Hotel could've been more child friendly, in terms of activities and entertainments.

It is a budget hotel, new, clean and well located.

hotel and breakfast were good. The evening meal was fair, but on telling the management I did get a discount .

Despite paying for an executive top floor room I was given a standard room without the amenities as described on their website. The room lacked a safe, mini fridge and coffee maker. When I told the receptionist he said a junior colleague had placed me in the wrong room and made no attempt to compensate me for the allocation of the wrong room, implying that I was the one who had booked the room incorrectly. This room was the only room on the floor which was a standard room, all others being an executive room. He stated that the room price difference was only £10 for two nights and advised me that he would give me credit for my next stay. I'm quite unhappy with the customer service provided, the lack of transparency when allocating my room and no attempt to correct this. Very disappointed with my experience with this hotel which is a shame as previously I had an excellent time.

Staff friendly and helpful; rooms clean and comfortable. Mini gym quite mini, but sea really close!

Holiday Inn was good value for money. Easy walking distance to Pier, shops and restaurants.

The Holiday Inn in Bournemouth was fantastic. Staff were so welcoming, room clean and modern with everything you need. Breakfast had a good selection including a hot cooked breakfast. Service was great and parking was easy. Definitely would return again.

Nice stay room was quite

Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. The property was of a very good standard. The shower did not drain well and caused the floor outside the shower to flood. Staff were keen to rectify immediately.

A hotel that seperates itself from other Holiday Inns with service like no other! The staff couldn't have done more. Helpful, supportive and fully understanding of our maintenance issue.

We absolutely loved staying here! The staff were all so warm and inviting, and the hotel itself was quiet and clean. Brilliant stay!

Centrally located and very helpful staff. We are two old folks and found only one lift. During busy time going up and coming down with cases from the upper floors was difficult for us. Only a small point - in the absence of a small fridge a bottle of water would be very useful for those who need to have it for taking their medicines. Guests wouldn’t mind paying for it rather than going down and asking for water late at night. Bathroom was a bit small and could benefit from an extractor fan.

Very clean,warm with a comfortable bed also excellent staff

Staff are approachable and polite. Bathroom was lovely and comfy bed. Perfect walking distance to centre and the station about 15 minutes walk. I did not eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. I did have a light snack in the evening brought to my room which was fine. ( £5 service charge bit steep!) I would definitely return to this hotel and thank you again

I was really shocked to be charged £15 a night for parking on arrival at check in. I thought this was very expensive. I have stayed in lots of holiday ins and never been charged for parking! However the staff were all very friendly and gelpful. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. The beds were not the best. Both myself and my daughter both woke with backache unfortunately. We were visiting the University open day so for location i would recommend this hotel. If you are happy to pay for parking, I would say this hotel is great. Unfortunately I don't think we will be returning.

The bed was so hard it was like laying on a plank of wood.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast choice, very convenient position in walkable distance to town centre and seafront. Easy parking though you have to pay extra for this.
