Our rooms had water leaks had to go through three room changes until we finally found one that was OK, but wasn’t satisfied because I paid for something else not less in the room I got was less from what I paid for

Outstanding Front desk check in was perfect. Got upgraded on arrival because of my Room had a comfortable bed. Bathroom usual Hilton hotel chain kind. The HVAC was broken but it was nice out so didn't matter, I could open the screened window. Towels were clean and had they had bulk to them. There is a restaurant on site and it says room service but didn't try either. Starbucks is about a 5 minute drive, there is fast food an some restaurants with in a 10 minute drive with no rush hour. Would stay there again .

This property is pretty outdated and there were alot of things that need repair/replacement. The area around is quiet and safe. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They made the stay totally worth it.

Great front desk staff! Easy check in and very accommodating to our requests. Our room had a lovely view of the lagoon, complete with legit Napa grape vines with grapes growing on our patio. Breakfast was delicious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is run down, furniture in our room was banged up, seats were worn through. We didn’t expect it to be the fanciest place, but it just seems past its prime

Property was ok,battery in the smoke alarm went out at 1am causing a loud repetitive chirping, the front desk couldn’t fix it until the next day, so it caused a restless night for my family. To be fair, they offered to move us to a different room at 2am, which seemed like a worse idea.

The room has a weird smell, sheets had obvious stains, the bathroom door wouldn't fully close (so the lock was basically useless), and there was a giant crack in the wall by the headboard of one of the beds. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, but the rooms could use some better upkeep.

My stay overall was okay. Just a couple things that happened. When I initially entered the room I didn't have any towels to shower with. I asked somebody out in the hallway for a towels was never delivered. Any towels. Next morning left for work about 3:00 a.m. came back to my room. The food I had there was thrown away but the trash was left sitting in the trash cans. But luckily and very happily managed me. Did able to cop me a free meal there and I'm very thankful for that. Because food nowadays is very expensive. I asked again for towels for the room and again I was ignored. No towels were delivered to my room The ladies out in the hallway cleaning rooms. I was just looked at.

The door to the restroom did not close/open properly and continued to make a loud rubbing sound. Bathrooms look old and warn. Appeared to be drink marks on a wall. And curtains for whatever reason, had large stains.

Was only a way station for me. Left in the morning and came back at night to sleep. Did not have the room cleaned while I was there, no need. I would stay there again if/when my journeys bring me back to the area.

We got to the hotel, got our room on the second floor to find out the elevator was not working. Our room was very dated and not the cleanest place we have stayed for sure. On Sunday I tried to make a spa appointment (there are signs up boasting relaxation) to find out the spa is permanently closed. We tried to eat at the restaurant that has very limited hours. We tried to get ready to leave the hotel and had no water in the shower and only cold water in the sink.. we were told it was a leak and were offered a late checkout. Our bed was not comfortable and we wi not be staying here again.

Very difficult because of the computers not working. Was hoping to check in at 2 pm when we arrived, however was not able to until 6:00 pm. Which threw a wrench in our plans. Was also shocked when people siting at the restaurant brought II Popeyes chicken from the outside and were not asked to leave.

There were spots on the chair in our room the bathroom baseboards were coming apart due to moisture. The system was down because of a larger worldwide issue. I am a Hilton Honors member and could not get an upgrade. Not happy

This is my second stay at this property. It is centrally located, clean beautiful grounds especially the lagoon! The food and service at the restaurant was excellent as well as the service!

A great little getaway for anyone. Has all the amenities you will need right on the property and the staff are really kind and courteous.

We really liked this place. People were super helpful and facilities were nice. Enjoyed outdoor bar area and bartenders were great. Price was also great. We would stay again for sure.

I liked the entertainment and restaurant food was great. Wine list was good, but had to go to a Brewery for better Beer choices. Also the pool is small, and needs more chairs because it was full.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like not having coffee available in the lobby area in the morning. There was a coffee maker in the room but it is nice just to pour a cup.

overgrown trees. landscaping not maintained especially the man made lake. i remember this location when i used to live in american canyong being so pretty the ambiance as you enter the patio and see the lake. seriously need some clean up.

5 stars for the price. I gave it 4 stars because the workers are usually way friendlier. We stay here all of the time, and several things were forgotten for the room, so when I called to inquire, no apology, no good bye or anything before hanging up, and no personality. Everytime we stay here, the key cards always have problems. There use to be a really friendly man that worked here last year. As for the good stuff...pool towels always stocked and pool was clean. The housekeeping did a good job cleaning, just forgot to stock the towels and fill up the containers in the shower.
