“Sorry, the lift is not working”.
Excuse me, I said. Looking at our 3 pcs of big luggage of 20 kg each and my room on 3rd floor.

Good: Our room is great and kitchen has adequate utensils. Room is clean.
Bad: we stayed for 5 days and we only have 4-coffee filters for 3 people at check-in. You have to pay 1£ each if you need more for the rest of your stay. No hot water for 1-day and toilet just stopped working but staff fixed it right away.

A lot different from pictures and explanations on the website and I paid the room independent toilet. But room was not….

Not in very good shape, electric in bathroom falls out of the wall, coffee pod does not fit in machine. Very dirty floors everywhere also in breakfast room. Orange mold in shower area, no proper cleaning/decalcification.

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Really annoyed that I couldn't open the windows or balcony door to get fresh air, and they had used some kind of spray or powder on the carpet and it was so pungent that I struggled to breath.
there was no bar or beer for sale either.

No flat sheet on the bed, just a comforter and it was too hot to use it. I had to request a flat sheet which was porvided. The carpet in the hall way full of stains, need to be changed.

Room was not very clean and when requesting a clean up was told its only cleaned once a week , i had to keep requesting clean towels and equipment daily as there was no house keeping

I went there with my mother and brother. We had a great stay. It is 20 min walk from the city center. It has two tv's (living and bedroom) with cromecast such that you can watch Netflix or YouTube on the tv from your phone.

Well presented hotel not too far from the metro to get into Lille centre. Parking available. Clean and tidy although one room smelled of smoke.

Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Good parking. Good 24 hours service. Clean and spacious. Lack of air conditioning, however, which were needed during my stay. Had no windows but only balcony door which led to a common balcony which felt unsafe and difficult for hot days and nights.
Except that it was missing a microwave it had a complete kitchen.

The property was clean and the breakfast was perfect. The location is outside the city then you have to walk a little. But the quality is high for the price that we paid. We were really pleased of staying there

Good, but you said we were 4 adults (not mentioning that 3 were under 18). As a result even my youngest child of 10 had to pay a tax of Lille of 1.65 Euro per day for being in Lille. We got it back because I understand the law and fought against it in the end. You need to clarify who do you call adult. When did children count as adult. Shame on you!!Please do better next time.

Whilst the building is a little out of the way, the area is quite, although you will get some traffic noise if you open the window from the nearby major roads. The rooms are a good size and have a small stove and microwave. The WiFi is good and the staff are generally OK, although a smile would help. A vending machine is in the foyer, but a coffee machine would be good. Cleaning could also be improved, some of the sinks were blocked.

The room I had was fine, fairly basic with a small kitchenette and a separate bedroom and with a sofa bed made up for more than two guests, but had everything you need for a short stay. My stay was just for one night. Parking is underneath the hotel, is secure and reasonably priced and there is more pay and display parking on the street outside although it is more expensive than the hotel parking. Reception and therefore the hotel is closed between Noon and 2pm apart from guests already checked in. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. All in all it was good especially for the price and I would stay here again.
