We enjoyed our 8 night stay at Coral Apartments. It was within walking distance to everything in Port Douglas. (We like to walk, so this statement may not be true to people who don't walk a lot). Our unit was on the ground floor next to the pool, and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Only complaint was that the kitchen was minimally equipped and we like to cook.

I liked the spaciousness of our one bedroom apartment and the fact it had full kitchen and laundry facilities, also it was the best priced accomadation in the area

We liked the location and the value for money. But we didn’t like that they only provided one and a half toilet rolls for the whole week also there is no wifi

Terrible stay! Had a late arrival and a big day of travelling we got there to find out we had been given a room that was a huge mess no beds made etc etc had to try and hunt down a phone finally found one and he came and put us in a room that was not as good as the one we paid for. By then was to late to get dinner. Then all the kitchen utensils where dirty. Then on our last day we washed all our clothes (chose this place as it had it's own washing machine and dryer etc) and the dryer didnt work so had to take wet clothes with us. Which put us overweight. He gave us an extra couple of hours late checkout and when I emailed him he believes that was enough in return for all of our bad experiences. Personally I didnt. On the positive side pourt douglas is awesome just be careful where you choose to stay!

Good but the hotel reception was not manned. We had to go to another hotel if we needed staff service. For example, my toilet paper had run out. I had to just go to the shop to buy one because I was too embarrassed to go to another hotel just to ask for a toilet paper.

Needs a proper reading light.Needs a hair dryer.Needs a fanlight over cook top.The floor needs washing.Water Jug black on the inside.After cleaning it,we then enjoyed a Cup of Coffee.Looking out the Window,a big sign of Pool Rules was blocking the view to Pool.We are not angry or unreasonable only a little disappointed.Other then that,we had a lovely time in Port Douglas.A beautiful Place.The location of the Seascape is excellent.Near Beach and main Street.

Very easy booking online. We arrived earlier than expected and Sarah at the office was very helpful organising housekeeping to be done so we could occupy the room. The place is about 1 km to the main street of town, an easy walk, or get one one the local shuttles (they're easy to book and very cheap). Also, its only a few minutes walk to Four Mile Beach. Enjoyed our stay, the only downside was that our room overlooked the main road from highway to town, so there was a lot of traffic noise during the day.

Self contained apartment. Full kitchen. Large fridge. Includes washing machine and dryer. Very quiet. My room opened out onto the very nice landscaped pool. Plenty of off street parking. Close to restaurants.

The staff (particularly Ben) was more than helpful when I rang the day before we were due to stay as I had not booked the correct dates and had nowhere to stay the night before we were due in. He juggled things around and we were able to book into the apartment one day earlier than booked. The apartment was fantastic - great accommodation with everything available for use including a washing machine and dryer. Fantastic value and very comfortable.I would thoroughly recommend this place and I would definately arrange to stay there again on my next visit to Port Douglas.

A bit concerning to find my name on an envelop on arrival and also no one at reception for the whole 4 days we stayed.Room was great and enjoyed the close location to the beach. You'll defiantly need a car for transport as it's not very close to the city unless you want to be active.Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come back to this place!

I had a couple of problems blinds in the lourage kitchen area where broken. dryer door was broken. but those where the only issues. loved the quiet spot good for the price

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but dishes had not been cleaned properly. Apartment consisted of bedroom, kitchenette, living space and bathroom/laundry. Was plenty of space for a couple. Only a 10 minute walk to the main street & 5 minutes to the patrolled beach which was great. Would recommend to others.

Id we had not prepaid we would have stayed one night and rebooked somewhere-else. The blinds were dusty, the shower was mouldy, the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling with no battery in it, the queen sized bed we were expecting was actually two singles pushed together, the vertical blind in the lounge was broken. The office did not seem to be staffed during the stated office hours. We would not stay here again.

When we arrived we had to call the manager from a phone at the desk that was FILTHY I mean I didn't even want it near my face. We had to change rooms because the drier was broken. He was really nice about it and the new room was even a bit nicer.
The TV had full cable which was really nice since it rained the whole time I was there.
This would be great for people who want a kitchen, are on a budget, etc.

Disapointed to arrive mid afternoon to find a letter with instructions but could not get in the room and had to make several phone calls to arrange to get in - the door had been locked. Bathroom roof was mouldy and the smell went through the whole apartment. No replacement toilet rolls left and even when room was cleaned halfway through stay all commodities were not replaced i.e. toilet paper, washing powder. Very noisy - the room was right on the main road.
