Hotel and staff were great, rooms were clean and had zero complaints. The area around looks like its going through some changes so the surrounding area was what made me say it was average. Would gladly go back to this hotel when traveling again (it was a rest stop on our way further south)

Ample parking, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Area was quiet. Overnight stay to check out Chattanooga. A few great attractions such as the underground waterfall, the steepest train ride, and the Little Debbie Park.

First of all, my booking was overpriced, and I’m needing to find out about the deposit return.
The room didn’t have a refrigerator nor microwave… no balcony and was overall quite a letdown.

The property was clean and appeared recently renovated. I was taken aback to see several dogs in the lobby/elevator area and one escaped into the hallway on my floor. I also saw one have an "accident" by the elevator doors. The bathrooms were nice and clean, but those small, flat bed pillows are bad!

Hotel was very nice, newly renovated. Room was very large with an even larger bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The road outside was under construction, but there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Room was very nice. Shower is excellent. Best in a long time. Only downside was breakfast. The guy taking care of it was great but the juice machine had orange juice marked as empty. Looked like it was there a while. Probably cost cutting. The eggs were salty and seemed powdered. I would certainly stay here again but skip their breakfast.

Overall, the stay was good. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I feel if you use this as part of your advertisement, then it should be up to par. I could tell the Hotel was undergoing renovation, but it still felt dated in some aspects. Not sure if it was worth a 150+ a night.

Everything was very good. We were just very surprised that we couldn't get any points for the stay through Marriott Bonvoy, and the front desk wasn't particularly nice about it.

The hotel is undergoing an extensive frontal facelift an exterior remodeling. The hotel rooms are well organized, clean, and spacious. The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional.

Love the pool and the hot tub, which were crystal clear, in spite of the dozens and dozens of children in the pool the night before, who I think were there for some sort of baseball camp. Early the next morning, as soon as the pool was opened, a worker came in and straightened everything, checked the pool chemicals and kept things stocked and tidy. Impressive considering how much use the pool and hot tub were getting. Excellent job.

Very good! Kids loved the pool! The only negative was there was someone stomping in the room above us for part of the night. Other than that, very nice hotel with upgrades in a nice area. Champy’s chicken was excellent!

Unfortunately, there was construction at the front entrance which routed all traffic to the rear entrance. Check in/out was a breeze. The facilities were clean and I enjoyed the breakfast options. Will definitely stay here again.

The front was closed due to construction. No big deal just followed where it said to go at the back of the building. Room was fine but the bed… has to be one of the worst I have ever slept on. Hard as a rock, didn’t get any sleep at all from tossing and turning all night. The breakfast was what you expect for a free breakfast. Not great but better than nothing.

The bed was fine and the room was clean. Shower and bathroom were clean. Mattress was encased in bug free protector so that was great.
Neighbor began playing the tv with DRUM BEAT music at 6:30 am. We had breakfast (institutional meh) and music was still going at 9:30. Geeze.
Front desk afternoon staff looked deeply unenthused to be there and had no energy or concern for smiling, offering kindness, etc. Very blah.
Check out staff gentleman was nice.

The room wad clean and neat and the staff was friendly. I had two certified emotional support dogs with me and they were supposed to not charge me a pet fee but they did anyway.
