We took a chance on this hotel because of the price and it having an 8+ customer rating. But it wasn’t great. The elevator had layers and layers of paint on the door seams, the panel at the top was broken, the button lights didn’t work. The outside sign on the back side of the building was glitchy like it has faulty wiring. It overall had an older, odd smell. The room look to have been painted, but could tell that it was a sloppy job and the surfaces underneath weren’t repaired. Like a line across the bathroom ceiling that looked to have water damage that was painted over. Water damage can be dangerous for my son since he’s asthmatic. Some of the “clean” towels had black residue on them when we arrived. Getting replacement towels was a bit irritating. We had four people, but they didn’t want to give us more than three at a time. Thankfully we brought our own toilet paper because it only had a very small amount left on the used rolled and no replacement was provided. We ran out of our roll the morning we were checking out and there was no one at the desk to get more. The door jam on the bathroom was missing parts that keep the door closed. The breakfast wasn’t good and there was something dark floating in my orange juice. I probably could go on. Disappointed.

Rooms were okay. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Breakfast was terrible, no juice no eggs. Bathroom next to the breakfast room didn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. I’m glad we were only staying one night.

One of the front desk ladies that was checking me in was very rude. I will not be returning to this property in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga! The staff were very kind and hospitality. Breakfast was great! Enjoy being close to the eateries and interstate. For next trip, will book with Beaumont again.

The breakfast was more than a continental style; hot food and waffle maker were available. The room was clean and spacious. The light/fan was very loud in the bathroom but other than that it was all excellent.

This place has BED BUGS! Do not stay here!

It was a great room and quiet. How ever I was charged a $150 dollars and the clerk said it would refund in 24 hours I was told this by night and day shift, it has now been 8 days and my back has not received a refund, Bank blames merchant merchant blames bank. Why did the hotel clerk say 24 hours I even offered cash if would take longer than 24 hrs to refund my $150

I’m so happy that we choose this hotel. The colors of the room and bathroom were pleasant. The bathroom mirror was gorgeous. Very comfortable sleeping.

The hotel is beautifully clean the renovations have been nice. However, great showerhead but absolutely no water pressure! The staff was so accommodating, even put my ice bottles into the freezer for me overnight so that I could travel with ice in my cooler.

Location was interesting. That is not the owners fault. Room was real nice.

The room was very nice and very spacious! It was clean, soft sheets, excellent FREE breakfast! The price was reasonable. Awesome stay! I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Chattanooga!

Hotel ok, entrance from street confusing. Good value for travelers staying one night as they pass through the area.

This property is a little tricky to find but follow the directions they give you and you will arrive just fine! Clean, friendly staff and great for a quick overnight. Breakfast was an added bonus.

1st room assigned on 2nd floor was dirty/had dirty used towels in bathroom , smelled of cigarette smoke. Called downstairs and they immediately asked if we wanted to move rooms. Next room on 3rd floor was fine. It’s def a motel that has been refurbished and renovated face lifted. Not a new build by any means. The elevator is loud and has broken components. The breakfast was just so-so. The eggs were BAD and salty. The coffee was weak. It served our purpose of having something available and safe close to Parkridge Medical.

The young lady at the front desk was efficient and sweet. The room was bright, clean and the bed was comfy. The pillows were a little too high instead of flat for me. However, my boyfriend loved the pillows (personal preference). This is the second time we've stayed at a Baymont Wyndham hotel and it didn't disappoint.

The first hotel room we checked into had a strong smoke odor despite us specifically requesting a non-smoking room and the bathroom floor appeared dirty. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and immediately gave us a new room and apologized for our inconvenience. When we checked into our third floor room, it was humid but improved as we adjusted the air. In the light of day, the hotel appeared much better than when we first checked in. The breakfast was adequate and the dining room was clean. This is a fine place to stay if you are looking for lower budget options but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk employee was very nice and professional, however, the noise in the room was terrible. First, the airconditioner was very loud, and sounded like a jet taking off every 15 minutes. Needless to say, i didnt sleep all night. Second, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. NO PRIVACY!!

The room was decent for a 1 night stay. It was clean, the bathroom was clean. the bed was comfortable.
