This place is amazing. The view is incredible . The breakfast baffle is spectacular. The pool and cabanas were totally enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite for being an hotels.com member.
I only regret not staying longer….

Hotel is in a good location in the downtown area. It's close to the Dubai Mall and all the restaurants but still remains quiet. Staff are excellent in all areas. Very helpful and attentive, can't do enough for you. Good choice of breakfast and restaurants are good. If you eat in Thiptara you're overlooking the fountain and Burj
Khalifa. Lovely stay, would definitely come

The Palace Downtown in Dubai offers an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming team made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast staff, in particular, stood out for their attentiveness and genuine care, ensuring every morning started off perfectly.
While we encountered an issue with the quality of our room, we truly appreciated management’s effort to address our concerns, even though it came a bit late. However, the professionalism of the staff far exceeded our expectations. Their dedication and service easily outshined any minor inconveniences related to the room or view, making our stay truly remarkable. The staff’s impeccable service was the highlight of our visit and will be the lasting memory of our time at The Palace Downtown.

The palace downtown was probably one of my favorite stay in dubai. I have stayed at other hotels before but the Palace has been the best for me. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The staffs were great and very helpful. It was very close to everything nearby. The access to the dubai mall was best also. Overall, The palace was great and I would definitely stay there again next time!

What can I say, was a magical experience. We had a the fountain facing deluxe room and the views from the balcony of burj khalifa were amazing.

A wonderful 5 star resort within walking distance of Burj Khalifa & shopping malls. Beautiful pool area with a stunning metropolitan backdrop, amazing food with a restaurant on the lake where you can enjoy the fountain show. A truly memorable stay!

We mostly dealt with Osama and Sido and they were both super helpful and accommodating. Having such lovely staff at the front desk makes all the difference. They knew every guest and made sure to make us feel at home. The hotel is super clean and well kept, house keeping staff was very good too. The only problem was the noise level. We were under the impression that it would be double glazed windows. But they weren’t and we could hear the entire fountain show very clearly. Osama was kind enough to offer us a quieter room. The hotel is almost connected to the mall which is great if you’re there for shopping. Time out market is a 2 minute walk so lots of good options to eat nearby. But the noise level in the room from 6:30 to 11:30 is an issue.

Fantastic food, friendly to kids, very clean. However when we tried to let them know we needed to check in early we could not get a hold of them online or via phone. The booking was made via Expedia so maybe that’s why. When we arrived at 6am they let us check in early, but was a bit nerve wracking in the lead up as we had a 14 hour flight. Oh, we booked a kids bed and had to ask for it to be brought to the room, also booked a kids bathrobe but wasn’t there either when we arrived

There is almost nothing about this hotel to dislike.
Palace provides all the things that business or pleasure traveler would wish.
Just ONE suggestion: there are two coffee tables in each room but there is no desk for business guests to sit and work. There is space for it. Just needs to replace a table with a desk and add a chair.
