Clean comfortable room at a great price. Coffee was good and there were restaurants in the area to eat at .

Unwelcoming lobby. Dirty building and room. Breakfast was keurig coffee and a pack of muffins in a fridge (with only 2 left and there was 4 of us). Thankfully tim hortons was just around the corner. Trying to check out at 845am and there was no one there to help. Rang bell, waited... then called the phone number which it went to voicemail. Finally someone came out from the room behind desk which is where he had been sleeping. All in all will definitely not stay there again.

Last minute room on a road trip. Quickly helped and generous upgrading of room as it was late and the front desk staff wanted us to be comfortable after travelling so long Average room but lovely bathroom and shower. Updated faucets were amazing in the shower.

No garbage can, no coffee, tv remote didn’t work.

It's near a plaza, where you can buy groceries. Friendly staffs. And there is a bus stop nearby.

Good cheap place to stay. Just off highway. No complaints, nothing to rave about either.

The greeting staff when we arrive were VERY good! Very nice, led us to your room, opened our door for us. Continental breakfast : 1. Was a loaf of bread, toaster, and inside a bar fridge jams or a muffin. Store bought muffins, the must have been good for it was empty every time we checked. :) 1. Coffee - Coffee machine where you could make your own coffee. Sugar was in a med plastic container with a lid, but there where two coffee spoons from a previous person with coffee on them left in sugar. ULG... With COVID and general hygiene... I decided not to have coffee. I also noticed the motel was very nice to accommodate, people with lower incomes to help support their business, for they where sitting outside the front door of the motel. Overall the checking was great due to staff, bed sheets were nice clean white sheets . COVID has made it hard for a lot of businesses...

Interesting part of town and not close to anything. The facility was average with very helpful staff. The room itself was clean but dated and run down. Lots of channels on the TV though !

My room was quiet and the location was convenient. The place has a very run down look and feel to it. Plexiglass exterior doors, muzzy carpets, no housekeeping and cigarette butts and garbage at the entrances. I should say that the same garbage and butts were there for the three days that I stayed. Clearly the staff don't care enough to run a broom around to keep the front entrance looking inviting.

Long story short..... I had a dog as I booked through the app I thought I would deal with it at the hotel we got in very late as we were just passing through and needed a quick rest The man at the counter questioned me about having 4 adults I corrected him and said no I have 2 adults 2 kids, he asked about the dog and I gladly paid the 29 dollar fee. He then told me to go grab my stuff he would get the room key and meet me there he had to "make sure the room was ready" This was at 1am, he then questioned me about my kids again, said I called earlier in the day and asked about 4 adults. He told me again to go get my stuff and he would come with me to the room to show me how to use the key. I told him I knew how to use a key but I would go with him to check it out As we were walking down to the room he questioned me about my kids again. I told him my children were sleeping in the car. I had also asked about a closer door to my room to enter the hotel and he said the closest one was right in the front where his desk was which was false we passed a door walking to the room. This was at 1 am we were exhausted and I just wanted to get my kids in there. Lesson learned about the dog...and he gave me a lecture but please don't question me multiple times about my children and be sketchy about getting to the room 1 am room should be ready And I know how to use a key card.

Arrived at 3 pm for check in room wasn’t ready waited 5 minutes and was told it was ready. When we went to use the bathroom a women’s bra was hanging over shower curtain was very concerning. Rest of the room seemed to be clean was very quiet and worth the value I paid.

1. The Motel was poorly managed. When we arrived, there was no person in the front desk, and we waited for long (half hour) for the "clerk" to come in. 2. There is no dining area. There was a dining room, but was all locked and no sign of "use". 3. In the morning, there is a coffee machine for use, but has nothings such as milk or equivalent. 4. Above all, there is "No Service" in house keeping service, such as changing bath tower and bed sheet! It is beyond our understanding that a motel has no house keeping service! 5. We strongly suggest people not to come to this motel, since it is not a "motel" but just a room to sleep in.

Enjoyed our stay at Lively Inn while we were visiting friends in the area. Staff were amazing and were able to accommodate any request for us while we were there. Very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for two days and would go back again. You can tell there is renovations going on in the property but that didn’t bother us at all as everyone was amazing here.

Great overall

On arrival we were up sold to a newly renovated room for $20 cash which was very nice. The shower was fun as was the northern light feature over the bed. Make it yourself coffee was available in the lobby but required phone flashlight as lobby is very dark. Staff overly attentive. But polite. Gas station and Timmies close by.

Room size is pretty good. A bottle of water is unique and feel welcomed. Water cup was not provided.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and very friendly. 5 starts there. Love that they are dog friendly. The inn is ok, if your looking for luxury won’t find it here. I needed a place to sleep and that’s what I did. So if met my needs

Stains on the ceiling and floor. Sticky feeling floor. Broken window with no screen. Leaky bathroom fausset. Old stale smoker smell throughout building.

The property looks tiered like no updates been done in a long time. The rates were little high for the place. However great service from staff.

Staff was very helpful & co-operative. My only complaint is that the microwave was kind of insane.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bedsheets on one of the beds had stains, the tv remote didnt work at all, a musty smell with a hint of cigarette on the air. Honestly wouldn't come back myself until these are addressed.

What did I like well I like the fact it wasn’t far for us to get to where we had to go ty to the staff member who fixed the t.v and our reservation mix up

Guy at the front desk was very interesting and friendly. But they close the front desk at 8, so after 8pm you are on your own. There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room. Had to use tissues when the roll ran out. Not cool!

Restaurants were closed. Drape was torn.

Did not bother to go after reading the reviews and hearing about bed bugs and lack of COVID practices.
