After staying at Caro for many years the quality of staff service has deteriorated especially the reception staff.

I booked a room based on the pictures but the room I have received was not at the level of 4*. The forniture was good at the beginning of the post comunism. I will not book again at Caro

Chose hotel for our last night before flying back to the USA. Hotel had everything! Pool, gym, restaurant, bar, and close to airport! Shuttle was available. Parking also.

The room was very clean, smelled fresh, looked like a luxurious place for a good price. The hotel staff was helpful if we need it, that made us to comeback again. The hotel has a good location, giving us access to places around where we need it to go.

Premium rooms are excelent. Regular ones which are not innovated no.

Location, BF and GYM are good. Good service in BF and the restaurant. Room (old part) : need to be renovated.

Very noisy at night, several people/rooms played Louis Music and talked loud

Very high tech and modern. Only 10 minutes walk from the shopping mall and the lovely Nor restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will return. Lovely hotel

We booked for three adults and we've got a sofa in the room suitable for children. Not strong enough and not comfortable. Very disappointed. As well, the parking was paid at the full price, considering the 4 star hotel category, we should get some discount because we stayed in hotel.

Room's airconditionning not working inspite of hot night The room lay very very far from Entrance-receptiom. The room was equipped for one person- towels-soft required pillow- sandals - dressing gown

The Business rooms are old and in a very very bad condition. The bed in very uncomfortable and they offer very cheap and small pillows. The shower cabin is full of mold. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind and friendly.

Old facility, it needs a renovation I've changed also my room because the hot water didn't work.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It couldn't be worse.

The hotel has a great location. It seems there were some renovations done, but the room I had was old and stuffy. The “king” bed were two twin beds stuck together with a mattress topper on. I would suggest to call ahead and request a newly renovated room. I did not use any amenities so I cannot comment on that.

Great staff from the reception people, starting with Bogdan, and ending with the guys in the restaurant: polite, fast, professional, efficient. We use it every time we are in Bucharest, and in spite of few little issues we are happy every time to be back. Overall great stay - good beds, nice climate equipped rooms, good size bathrooms, clean and airy.

I think this is the most beautiful hotel in Bucharest! Very clean, stylish, was one of the best stays in this city.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant and health club. Staff friendly and helpful. Good position half way between airport and centre, close to business district.

This review is specifically for the first stay my girlfriend and I had in Bucharest on our trip to Romania which started and ended in Bucharest both at Hotel Caro. Positives: I was able to check in early like requested. The person working the front desk enabled us to get free parking for most of this stay and the various parking lots on site had plenty of spots - easily the biggest plus. The room and bathroom both looked clean. The AC worked well. Negatives: I listed the booking for 2 people but there were only enough towels provided for 1 person so we had to request more. Initially we only got 1 key card as well. Considering you need a key card to activate the lights, thermostat, etc. (annoying set up BTW) it was another inconvenience to have to get a 2nd key card. The restaurant we ate at on site was also the worst meal we had the entire trip. Overall: The experience was ok but for the price I expected something better. Next time we are in Bucharest we'll try a different hotel.

Good service, confort, my room was quiet, but the hotel is pretty old.
